"Lovely hotel a stone's throw from the centre of Or"
My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the hotel is a short walk to the Piazza Duomo in the centre. We used the spa almost every day -it's small but perfectly formed, and lovely and quiet in the afternoons. The only downside was the noise from the rooftop bar on the Saturday evening, but it died down by about midnight. All in all we had a wonderful stay in Ortigia :)

"Excellent location near all Ortigia has to offer"
Superb location and v helpful and friendly staff. Our room overlooking the bay with nice balcony was worth the extra money. There is no bar and you have to use adjacent facilities. Good choice of mainly cold food buffet breakfast but omelettes and bacon also available. The staff were so helpful in sorting out parking near the hotel which can be difficult.
The Hotel in Ortigia was really good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was of a high quality. The breakfast buffet particularly offered a large selection. The hotel was conveniently situated in Ortigia for easy access to the sights and restaurants.
Great hotel and location in old part of town. Relatively easy to find and park the car. Room was comfortable. Excellent breakfast on rooftop terrace overlooking bay and port - serving staff were great. Private beach a short boat ride Only grumble was the wifi connection was really bad. Spent a very enjoyable four nights at the hotel.
Most friendly and hospitable staff you will ever meet! The room was spacious and delightful and the Charme Henry House is a must stay while visiting Siracusa!
Located just a couple hundred meters from the castle fort at the end of Ortigia penensula, the area was close to walking many quaint restaurants and shops.
You will be quite a walk from the old Greek theater and historic ruins (about an hour plus) but we took a taxi back to the hotel after for about 10 euros.
Breakfast was a delight and again the entire staff was outstanding.
If I go back to Siracusa I would definitely feel cheated if the Charme Henry House was fully booked and I could not stay here.

As soon as you step inside the entrance lobby, it feels as if you are in a boutique hotel that blends perfectly with the streets of Ortigia. This is only enhanced by the exposed stone features and quality furnishings in the other public areas on the ground floor. The library/lounge is particularly delightful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, (room 9), with an airy lounge and shared patio balcony. Plenty of space if a little functional. The small kitchen area and fridge came in handy for the odd lunch or aperativo.
