Everything from the moment we walked into the front doors until we checked out was perfect. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Pleasant dining options and extremely fun pool area. Exceptional rooms. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Our large room on the 11th floor was spotlessly clean. Plenty of charging points in our room for our phones and laptops. Front desk service very friendly. Nice pool area and a Starbucks on the premises. Will stay again next time in Orlando.

Awesome spot close to all the Disney parks. Plenty to do at the resort for all ages. My kids loved the many pools, lazy rivers, and mini golf.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand! From the beautiful grounds to the helpful & friendly staff, there wasn’t anything that we’d change. We were treated so nicely & the resort was so efficiently run. We would highly recommend this resort and look forward to coming back!

Very nice and clean hotel. Beds are so comfortable and it's a beautiful place nice staff the only thing I would say is a downfall is the expensive $34 a night for parking

I loved staying here! Staff was super friendly and nice and we were able to check in very early upon arrival. We had a great room and access to all 5 pools very large property!

Frontdesk person ( Jason) dry /unfriendly. Two interactions with him was more than enough to find someone else. Prices at this hotel are outrageous expensive, simple things like a breakfast sandwich or a falafel sandwich, are Michelin prices. We opted to have our meals driving to local restaurants or use Grubhub or UberEats. Parking at this hotel is $35 per night plus tax. There is no a security at the parking to justify this prices. In the future, I will get a Hilton family hotel where the experience always is good, and have gold membership with privileges.

Brilliant hotel for accessing all the Disney resorts. Would have given 5 stars but there was an unforeseen issue with the room that we had booked so we were downgraded. The staff were very kind and empathetic.

Property well maintained and many activities for our family. Only issue was lack of chairs at all the pools because towels were present and no people for over hour. Staff was reluctant to pull towels so other guests could use. Need to set up a rule and post so do not have chair higs

Overall stay was nice. The parking fee is very unreasonable and cost too much. I feel as a resort if we are paying the resort fee we should not have to pay to park our car, seeing as there is no street parking as an option and you have to park on the property.

We were given a room facing the parking lot .. my reservations that were booked were 2 queen beds. Our room had 1 queen and a pull out with no sheets or pillows or blankets . When we called and asked for the bedding the girl acted as I was bothering her . I have stayed at this resort a couple of times and have always been happy. Our stay this time was less than desirable.

Enjoyed our stay there. the pools & lazy rivers were great! The bathroom was a litte small. Towel rack was loose. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would stay again but maybe pick bayside to see the epcot foreworks.

We really loved our stay here and would recommend it to everyone and anyone. Staff is willing to help, always polite— all areas are cleaned, there’s nothing to complain about really. The only thing I have to point out is those who DO NOT have a wristband from staying at the hotel, seem to take the best spots at our pool, reserving them first thing in the morning, and going to their chairs mid day. Also, those without wristbands are also on the transportation bus to/from the parks. One more thing — check your final receipt upon checkout! We had a charge to our room that obviously wasn’t ours (someone used our room number at the café)! We will definitely come again. Thank you very much!

I have stayed at this resort before and encouraged friends to join this time. Upon checkin the associate suggested adjoining rooms for us. Not something we had requested, but great! ALMOST FOUR HOURS after checkin time, with three tired/hungry children in tow, our rooms were ready. First- not one single person was even remotely apologetic. Not even a simple ‘so sorry.’ We got excuses and long winded stories of other guest issues and housekeeping. Secondly, when our room was finally ready at 7:30p (again- four hours after we arrived) we received a call while we were at the very dirty, loud outside restaurant (ducks and crows were eating at food left behind because the staff wasn’t cleaning them). I returned the call and for over 30 min, I was rerouted, never able to reach the front desk to confirm. Zero recovery or apologies and more excuses when we did check in. In the room there were old towels on hangers in the closet. We called housekeeping to ask for a blanket (there was only a sheet on the bed), towels and an extra pillow and were told ‘the hotel is out of pillows’. The next morning, we were evacuated during breakfast because of a fire alarm. Amenities like mini-golf were half open due to construction. At checkout, Jake (same from first night) said ‘How was your stay besides the fact that I KNOW everything was a disaster.’ The he handed me my bill -still no recovery or apology- and said ‘We will address these mistakes in training.’ Glad I could help, Jake. Zero stars.

We’d come back - despite the hit and miss of guest service by staff. The great ones were fantastic and the others seemed average or even bothered if asking for information. Fortunately the others made up for what they lacked.

Property was really cool enjoyed the multiple pools. And the walks around the lake. Food was good at resort. A little pricey for what it was. Ended up leaving for most meals liked the breakfast buffet Gee made an amazing omelette!
