Only one small item. The beds need box spring instead of platforms.

Food was excellent as well as the service. Pools were clean and refreshing. Easy to find. Close to a lot of good restaurants and sights to see

This place is amazing! Minutes away from everywhere you need to be on vacation. Parking gets a little hairy at night, but other than that these guys rock. Spend the couple extra bucks and stay here, it's worth it.

“Happy from WI”

This hotel was well worth the $ - I am fussy about where I stay!!! Parking is not going to always be right at your doorstep. Beautiful pools, hot tubs & resort. We loved our stay here. Loved the views of the lake, pool, palmtrees from the huge patio - we where on the 5th floor!

“Can't Wait to go Back”

This was my 1st stay here at Westgate Lakes and it was excellent. The staff were extremeley courteous. They offer a variety of activities daily for the young & old. I had a minor problem with the room, but the maintanence staff were notified and they were there within 10 mins and the problem was solved. The only downside is that the parking gets very limited as the day gets later, so there is a chance you won't be able to park as close to your room as you desire. Also Westgate is a short 5 minute ride to Universal Orlando & Sea World as well as all the other attractions along International Drive.

...a great place for you and your loved one to get away from it all :-} the people were so friendly and when we needed something they were just a call away. The transportation was also a call away and the best part was that they get their on time...most definitely the best resort and spa ever!!!!

I was very happy with this hotel! Lots of friendly staff, and plenty of things to do right on site. The lake was beautiful and quiet! The pools were always clean and well maintained too.

Lobby was beautiful. Nice refreshing place to wait for check in. Room size was perfect and we liked the kitchenette so we could have snacks or small breakfast. Rained each day we were there so we couldn't use the beautiful pools. Looked nice and well maintained.
