Swan hotel is quite high quality and we had deeply relax during our stay. I informed front desk that our jourey was honey moon in U.S. at check in. I was seriously surprised that I found small gift with letter from hotel in my room next day. I had so memorable time at Swan hotel.

“Nice hotel, close to Disney”

I was very pleased with the hotel. I have always enjoyed my stays with Westin. However, when I first arrived, I thought that it was a part of the Disney Resorts. So, I was disappointed when I found out at the airport that I had to pay (and wait an hour) for a cramped shuttle to take me to the hotel. I just assumed that I would be able to use the Disney Transportation... Very lovely hotel, and nice rooms/beds. Also, very nice amenities. We will definitely go back to either the Swan or the Dolphin. Also, very nice that once we got there, we were able to use the Disney transportation to the parks. That was a relief, since we flew and didn't rent a car.

After a long the day at the theme parks, believe me the swan has the best beds and pillows there is,the service was great and it was so close to epcot you can walk to get there. I'm definetly coming back next year.

We were very satisfied with our hotel stay at the Swan! The room was perfect, the view was wonderful and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. The bus service to the parks was reliable and on time. I highly recommend the Walt Disney World Swan to anyone who is going to "do Disney".

“Great 1st Disney Hotel Experience - well worth it”

The experience was really good. It was our first time staying on a Disney property. All the staff were excellent and the facilities were great. Our daughter loved the grotto pool with slide and begged us to go to the children's camp. It is nicely located near the boardwalk, so you can enjoy all those sites, etc as well. Nice options to have the boat to Epcot and Buses to all the parks.
