“Perfect hotel but make sure you will not get ripped off”

The hotel itself is very nice. Location - fairy tailish. Everything would be perfect if not one little thing that cost me almost 700$. I am Canadian and definitely wanted to call back home. Pricelist to call 1 numbers does not say anything scary about calling outside US. Now be prepared for this: How much would you think 1 min call from Orlando to Montreal cost if you call from your room number? Hotel uses AT&T for this service???? Guess? Guess again?? 19.56$ american dollars for 1 min of talk. May be less if you speak over certain amount of minutes. I got an invoice for over 700$ I believe. I settled it with management for 183$ payment as I was furious. Even if I would be calling from iPhone back home with all the roaming charges it would never cost that much. After this case I stopped using all hotel services except food and coffee in my room as I was scared of hidden charges. Make sure you don't fall for that Otherwise the hotel is very nice.

“Excellent Hotel”

We were at this hotel 1st week of August 2011 for our DisneyWorld Vacation for family of 5 and we were very happy to stay in Dolphin and for sure will return to this hotel. Hotel is very nice and friendly. Suggestion - when you go to a resturant buy a refill mug for I think $12 and you can refill as much as coffee or pop for free in any hotel which we did not know until our 3rd day of stay.

“Amazing experience”

Our room had a great view. This hotel has a perfect location being in the middle of Disney World with easy access to all the parks. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance of this hotel.

“Great Staff”

Great place to stay, all the staff were extremely friendly and there to make your stay better. I actually believe this was the best hotel staff I have ever seen. Biggest complaint is the room could have been bigger but the awesome view of Epcot helped out with the lack of size. Comfortable beds but queens over the double size would have made them even better! Breakfast at the Fresh Meditterean Market was awesome.

“Great 1st experience”

The hotel was great. The service was also good. The only thing I can say is that the restaurants were a little overpriced. The hotel should give a least1 free dinner

“Would go back tomorrow”

The Dolphin is a wonderful, clean and beautiful hotel. there are lots of options for dining within the dolphin and the sister hotel the swan. the pools are exceptional and service is quick and always courtious. Meals can be expensive at times but in room dining and the "PANTRY" are beyond reasonable. We were very impressed with the hotel, thrilled with the location, it really could not have been better for a Disney trip. Would recommend it to anyone.
