“Great Place to Stay”
I have been quite a few times to Orlando. This time was the best in a sence the kind of accomodation I had was realy nice and inexpensive. This the idea i would recomend and promote to have a big big private house in a nice resort and enjoy the trip in every way.
“More than we expected”
We booked a 3BR 2-bathroom condo online through Ventura/Expedia over New Year's Eve. We picked up our key and then drove to the rental to find a 4BR 3-bathroom house with a pool. I'm sure this isn't the norm to get upgraded like this, but the house was great. The only issue is that it wasn't as clean as it could've been. We found that the previous occupants were smokers. All of the towels smelled like smoke and we found some ashes on nightstands and the floor that the cleaning person missed. Fortunately the house had a W/D for the towels, and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
“In from the cold”
We had a very enjoyable stay at the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The condo was clean and neat. It had a fully equiped kitchen. The stackable washer and dryer worked for small loads and made packing for home easier. There was enought parcking for both cars. We would stay there again. There is some noise from the condo above and we could have used a few more wash cloths.

“Wouldn't return to this unit!”
this is a condo, the unit was run down, dirty when we arrived at night, Maintenance did come the next day and fix a broken screen, change the moldy shower curtains. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The community was very well kept up, nice pools, golf course, tennis courts and friendly people. The restaurant was great also. I would not rent from this company again.

There were things left by previous guest. Unclean areas, staff not attentive to guest.
“Very Bad”
1St time I've ever refused to stay at a hotel!!!Very Disappointed!!! Musty, old, unsafe and over rated!! We looked forward to a relaxing stay after attending an Army graduation in South Carolina. We checked in at approximately 9:30 PM and Checked out at 9:45 PM the same night!!! The condo was musty (moldy) old and the laminate floors were buckled in several areas. Very unsafe for a 3 year old. We could not risk checking into another one of their "3+ star condos" especially after being checked into a "-1 star dump" They did offer an upgrade , but at 10PM at night could not risk another "musty" condo (3 star of course). They also, did NOT offer a credit for future use!! Customer service from Louhany was exceptional!! Customer service from the manager was very POOR, Demaris Very uncaring and un sympathetic! Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short, as we did not have the funds to book another location. We had hoped for a great extended weekend, but got Ventura rentals!! Live and learn.
“this is a rental agency ;so you get what you get -not so great”
2 bedroom condo. was told by agent it had been cleaned ---NOT TRUE---sheets hadn't been changed --no clean towels----floors not swept or moped--bathrooms not cleaned---nor refridgerator--made a complaint to rental agent someone was sent over , while we were out for dinner. my opinion if i traveled to the orlando area again i would not stay there.
“Not what expected of Condo resort”
I was disappointed in the condo we were given. When I arrived, I was provided with a lot of information which was great since it was late in the evening when I got there, however it would have been nice to have a phone book or listing of delivery resturant in the area to call that night. The first thing that was noticeable was the order in the room. It would not have hurt to use some Febreeze in the place. I also was disappointed in the age of the applicances in the place. I have admit that the applicance were in excellent working condition, but you could tell wear of it. I also had to ask for additional hand towels since there were only one wash towel for family of three. The towels were mismatched as well! It would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. We used the condo as a place to crash for sleep and that was all. Otherwise we had a great time there! The community that the condo was relaxing and very quite. Oh, you have to pay for the fitness room if you want to use it.
