Cigarette smell in all their rooms, they have no towels or toilet paper. The bed sheets were not changed. In the bathroom they don't even check the room between one client and another. The photographs are edited because they do not correspond to the reality of the state in which they are actually found.

The towels in the room all looked used and there was a big bag of garbage sitting by the tv. In the refrigerator was raw chicken sitting on a plate. Not a pleasant experience.

During the night we arrived around 4:00 am with a reservation that was already paid and walked into the front office that was closed. There was a sign to call an extension for after hours check in. We called the extension on the phone and a lady answered. She had advised us that we should’ve been there earlier to be able to check in and that we were too late for our reservation and that they don’t do after hours check in. I told her that we already paid and had a reservation and it was 4:00 am in the morning that we had nowhere to go and if there was a way she can please let us in because we had a paid reservation made already. She advised us no and said she could not that they were closed and no check ins were allowed at that time. I told her we would be sleeping in the car and we need a room and I don’t understand because we already had a paid reservation. She continued to say there was nothing she could do and that they don’t do after hours check in even if you have a reservation. She was very rude, unprofessional and not nice to us at all. She would not let us in for our reservation and we ended up sleeping in the car overnight because it was 4:00 am and nowhere was really open to get a room. This is so uncalled for we were visiting Florida because my mom is dying and the absolute worst time in my life to turn us away. Contacted manager the next morning and was told that she should have not done that and let us in because we had a reservation. Will be taking legal action

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. the first time I came, there was no deposit needed, which was in January 2024 and there was roaches and the room smelled like cigarettes, and had a bunch of burnt marks on the sheets. it wasn’t as bad as my second time around my second time around which is now My last was February 2024 now all of a sudden I needed deposit of $100 which is more than what the room cost. roaches crawling on the bed, there was blood spots all over the bedsheets, and I woke up at 9 o’clock in the morning to someone opening my door by far worse experience in a hotel ever!!!!!

let me start with the odor in the room which was so strong that my clothes all smell like it still since Saturday. There were no towels or shower curtain and they dont bring it to your room, you have to go downstair to get it which I didnt. Do not recommend it.

The worst Stay, I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. I would pay money for these people to tear down this hotel. I’ve never been in a hotel that literally had a roaches crawl on the bed, in the daytime it was the nastiest most disgusting place ever. I have never seen a hotel more nasty I ended up staying in my car!! Never will I stay here again!!

There was nothing at that the property that I liked. It was filthy and uncomfortable. The room had a horrible smell. First thing the bathroom tub lining was broken and laying across the floor. No towels, soap or wash cloths. Dead and live roaches everywhere. No remote and when I went to the front desk, they gave me the remote with dead batteries. We Went to the store to buy some batteries and found out the TV did not work either. The phone didn't work either. Never again will I come back to this property

The hotel is super dirty from the entrance to elevator to the hallways. Them when i got to the room the bathroom was disgusting sink, tub and mirror filthy. The tv didnt work at all then after being in there for 2 hrs i started seeing roaches i killes atleast 15 of them this is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed it should be burned down and built all over
