“Beautiful resort”

Overall, the resort was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and everything was in good condition in the suite. The pool and restaurant were awesome. On the down side, was the noise from I-4. We also had some bothersome noise from the suite above us. However, our calls were past "office hours" and so nothing could be resolved until morning. That was a bit unsettling since only a true emergency would warrant security. All in all,a good experience and the staff was very nice.

“Nice hotel for short stay in Orlando area”

Would stay again - clean, spacious and new. Nice pool area. Only downfall is some rooms are close to highway and can hear traffic.

“"Home away from home"”

Let me start by telling you the staff here is great! They are willing to help you anyway they can and make you feel like a valuable customer. The fee's Expedia states are clear with the cleaning fee's, but know when you get there you must give $300 deposit ( fully refundable upoon leaving residence intact) for hold on your Credit card or pay a one time charge of $39 for insurance. The building are new and freshly remodeled and the units are clean, if you are looking for 5 stars then go pay the price but for the price I paid , I was comfortable. We had two bedrooms, two baths and a fully stocked kitchen with enough tupperwares and pans to cook a feast. There is a huge pool and a nice kids area. I would change the following : 1. Quality of Towels 2. Quality of sheet and Comforters 3. You cannot get extra towels unless you get pool towels from the front office (be sure to return them or you will be charged for them) 4. Full curtains on the windows in the room. ( too much sun comes through in the mornings) If you need a home away from then stay here, stock up at the publix next store, save tons of money and you are only 10 minutes away from Disney!

“Solid and clean with a nice pool area”

A good value in a nice part of town (Champion's Gate). Fun pool area that the kids enjoyed. Rooms themselves were a solid three star but no better, getting a bit worn. No available Internet and I got very poor signal from Att there so if thats important to you than it might be a deal breaker. The Champion's Gate area is a nice place with a Chili's and a Publix supermarket.

“Overall Good Experience”

The pool and the sauna could have been kept cleaner, and we had problems with our key card reader into the room, but overall it was a good experience. I would recommend this hotel for sure. The staff was EXTREMELY polite

“Great for large groups, but be careful of thin walls.”

The place is perfect for long stay and large group. Cons, the walls are too thin, we stayed at first level floor and could not sleep with above guest jumping all night and using the washing machine. They're also incosiderate as we let them know but noise continued for most of the night. I recommend taken a high floor accomodations. The 2 and 3 bedrooms opctions are perfect for a large family or a group of friends, the place is also close to the parks. There is a grocery stores and fast food places closed by.

“Nice hotel if you don't care the distance to Orlando Atractions”

This is a good deal if you don't care about the distance to all Orlando attractions. The resort is nice, pool, gardens, the rooms are spacious with complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer. They charge you for the cleaning service but is only for the check out day. Personally i think there is other nice options for the same normal price, but if you get a nice price deal, this is a good option for extended stays

“Tuscana”

The exterior was beautiful. The inside was not as beautiful. Our rugs had bleach stains, there were rules posted everywhere which seemed quite petty. " There will be a $50 charge if the toilet is clogged with anything but toilet tissue". Nonsense that made me feel unwelcome. You can not put bar purchase on your room tab so be prepared to take $ to the pool area. I think they ran out of money and have a management team who needs a lesson in optimizing business.
