“Basic hotel, with everything we needed!”

This was just your basic hotel, but for the money it was a great deal!! Traveling with a lot of kids, this place is perfect!! Sleeps 6 easily with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa! Also, included was a small fridge and a microwave. Location was a plus as well, near Disney and so many things to do near by. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere! would stay here again and recommend. Also has a pool, ice machine and laundry, but bring your own soap.

“Very nice place”

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is older , as many are in the Kissimmee area, but for the price we paid, we had a big room, frig and micro, couch, nice bathroom area. Our rooms were done very nicely every day, and the staff was very nice and helpful. We felt very at home at this hotel. Close to everything!! We would ask that the pool area would be cleaned up alittle, but the pool itself was very nice.

“Good, cheap place to stay”

For as cheap as I got this room, I thought it would be horrible. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice...old style, but nice. It gave us plenty of room for 5 people. There were two full sized beds and a pull out sofa and we still had room to put a twin sized blow up mattress. We also had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was cold. We stayed 8 nights and didn't have any major issues. The only problem we had was the sink didn't drain, but when I told the front desk it was fixed immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly. There was construction going on at the hotel but only during the day so it was not bothersome. The shuttle was only offered twice a day...9:30 am and 7:30 pm so we ended up driving to the parks and paying for parking everyday.

The hotel is well located and have comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator, microwave, TV and wi-fi works perfect, it is a good option if you do not care about luxuries.

“OK to stay”

For the little we pay to stay here I think is money well spent. Room was clean except one day apparently they skipped our room and didnt get new sheets nor towels. Again for the little we pay I cant complain, expect a simple room at a cheap price. They do have continental breakfast which was ok as well.

We were satisfied with our stay. The pool wasn't totally cleaned at first, but they did clean it during the week. We had to call office to get towels and washcloths most days, we had four in room, and they would leave towels for two. Continental breakfast was more like Yugo. Toast and cereal, coffee, milk, and OJ. espresso machine did not work , and ice machine by our room was not working. Room was clean, and beds made each morning. Hotel was close to all parks and attractions.

“Would stay here again”

Yes, the motel is older but the room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very pleasent making checking in and out a breeze. Had a continental breakfast but we did not partake in it so can't rate it. Was very satified and would stay again.

It was an older motel but the pool was well kept up and the room cleaning personnel were very helpful. we had a nice stay! Great value!
