“Great in Every Way”

We had never stayed at a Westin before--we usually stay at Marriott because we belong to their rewards club. We were truly amazed at this Westin and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Their assistance was genuine and not because it was part of their job. Kelly in the Shula Restaurant was a standout. She gave us ideas of places to go and came over and talked to us everytime we went to the restaurant and even said she would miss us when we left. Wow! It's so rare to get such genuine customer service.

Overall great experience. Love the decor. Very modern. Very clean, and nice fresh smelling. Bedding was amazing, mattress extra comfortable... Just out right nice hotel. View is the only thing that could have been better, my view as the top of a roof... :/ Other than that.

Lovely rest and comfort close to Sanford Airport. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the free WiFi. It also is in a quiet area close to a grocer and amenities.

“Pleasant with one quirk”

The hotel was very clean. I enjoyed my stay!!! I would recommend as well as stay at the Westin again. Very classy place. The only thing that I could say negative is the water in the shower didnt go down the drain.

“Worth the money to get "old-fashioned" service”

OK, it's more expensive than a Quality Inn or whatever, but it's so worth it. Fabulous bed , clean and well appointed room and bathroom. Wonderful service - every time we walked by a member of staff we were asked if everything was ok, do we need anything. It's touches like that which will make us return.

“Loved it”

This was an excellent value and a beautiful hotel. Lake Mary is very nice, but the traffic to Orlando was horrible. We ate at Shulas and it was just so so. Not worth the price. The hotel is better suited for adults.

“Great stay”

Great Pet Policy. It is nice to stay in a good hotel with your pets and to be treated well (especially without a ton of extra pet fees). Staff was very professional from the check-in clerks to maintenance. It is about a 30 minute drive from the theme parks and from downtown Orlando but beyond that there is no downside to this hotel

“Wonderful relaxing stay”

This hotel was awesome.The staff was very nice (especially Jason).The room was very clean and very good beds. I was very pleased with everything about our stay here.I will definetly stay here any time we are in town which I hope is often .
