“Green and Clean”
If you want to stay a very nice hotel that also "green" this is the place. Very clean. Recycle cans in room. Room service was quick and not badly priced. Staff was nice and professional.

Very pleasant hotel. Have stayed at other Westins and was just as pleased. They help were very nice. we even got a late checkout since we had an evening flight. No complaints

“Would definatly stay again”
I was at the hotel for a sad occasion. My dad was ill in the Orlando area and I needed to be in the area to visit him. The hotel provided much needed respite from a very difficult time. It was clean and relaxing. I loved the bathrooms, pool was awsome. Staff was wonderful.
“"The Place" in Lake Mary”
The room was very comfortable (I was assigned a corner room) -- a great location in Lake Mary, to be sure. Excellent service and cleanliness. Complimentary (free) parking and internet...very nice! A microwave in the room would have been an "extra" plus. Cannot wait to go back to this hotel.
“Worth the drive from anyway!!!!!”
Every thing was fantastic!! The staff, facility, room and service was great. If returning to Orlando, I will stay there again. The only issue is your water is really icky. Good thing there is a Publix & Walgreens close by. I tried to do the water, but just couldn't. I live in a small town with bad water so I am used to buying bottled water. It was worth the driving not having to deal with the "Disney crowd", kids running up and down the all. I love your hotel!!! I was pass the word that it is definitely a great place to stay.
“beautifully appointed and well managed - staff are eceptionally helpful !”
by far the most comfortable bed we've slept - think they call it 'heavenly' and it truly is - bath products are top notch, towels spotless and thick - poolside landscaping and furnishings would have been very welcome in my backyard. simply gorgeous, comfortable - we chose Lake Mary (never heard of it before) because of soccer commitments so a bit out of the way (20 min to Orlando and 40 min to int'l airport - missed our flight due to traffic) but good shopping and restaurants nearby. Avoid Fishbones - overpriced and poor service; Pints is lots of fun and creative food; did not eat at hotel. Package deal (air hotel and car) was belwo our budget so we were truly delighted wtih quality and value. AM&J

“Excellent facility and location”
This Westin appears to be new, it is very clean, the service was great, the Shula's restaurant was very nice. It's right next to a new shopping center with great restaurants and a huge movie theater. The pool was nice. I would stay again without hesitation.

Loved it. Very clean, great smelling. Bike trails in front of hotel.
