“Convenient Hotel next to Convention”
As a traveling professional I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Westin Imagine. It was comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the amenities were spot on. I would highly recommend staying here!
“Perfect location and heavenly bed :)”
I was there for business it is right across the street from the convention center but you can easily get to Universal and SeaWorld and an easy drive to Disney.
“The Best of The Best”
My family and I have an annual get together in Orlando during the week of Thanskgiving and have stayed at The Peabody for the past 11 years. On our last vacation there in 2010 we were introduced to the new additions made to The Peabody and though it is still a wonderful hotel, The Peabody has lost it's charm and it's traditional feel. So I had to make an unexpected trip to Orlando for a few days and decided to try staying at a different location and after careful deliberations chose the Westin Imagine and believe me I am not a big fan of Westin. After I checked in and explored the hotel and the surrounding area, I called my wife and informed her that I found our new location for our annual vacation with the family. From top to bottom, this hotel is superb and the staff is simply exceptional. It is in a terrific location and reminded me what Orlando was like 20 years ago, uncrowded and laid back. Easy access to all attractions, convention center and great access from the airport. The Studio room I booked, which is the smallest available was better than the upgraded rooms at The Peabody. More room and had a small kitchenette, with microwave oven. A great Publix Market 2 minutes away makes it great for families on a budget without feeling like you are in a budget hotel. The Westin Imagine is truly your home away from home destination. Not only can't wait to go back I missed it as soon as I left. This is rare for a hotel.
“Will go back”
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Stayed in a one bedroom suite which was excellent. Room service menu was very good. Only negative was the wait for valet service.

This is a first rate business hotel with spacious, well appointed rooms along with all the perks of a little resort. Although it's smaller than most Westins I've been to, it boasts a beautiful outdoor pool, a fabulous Italian restaurant, a great bar, and a well equipped gym. Perfect place to unwind after a long day at a conference or out shopping. Will definitely return next time I'm in Orlando!

“simple and very nice”
I was only there for about half a day. but during my short stay I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. I was also impressed by the service I recieved. The staff dropped off a free fruit basket and a large bottle of water accompanied by a card signed by the GM thaning me for my stay.
“Excellent location! Nice clean newer hotel!”
Great location! Very nice hotel! We love it the heavenly beds and double shower. I read lot of complaints about valet, but we we're offer a option for self parking for lower fee. We'll be back!
“A Good Choice”
The experience was excellent. This is certainly a four star hotel, very clean, comfortable and classy. I was worried after reading some of the other reviews that were less than complementary but the fact is, this hotel stay was great for us. Yes, there was a charge for parking but it is minimal. There is no shuttle service to Universal either, but it is a close 3 mile, or so, drive. You are not within walking distance of any restaurants or night life, but that suited us just fine. The room service meal was fantastic and seemed to be priced appropriately for the quality. We visited one evening with family staying on Disney grounds and I can say that our hotel was much nicer and not priced too differently. This was a leisure trip but I can see this hotel would also be good for a business trip, as well. It is right across the street from the convention center. We would certainly stay here again.

Good restaurant and excellent pool. Comfortable beds, clean room and decent gym.
