We found the hotel to be highly satisfactory. The staff was very polite and helpful. We certainly will go back to the hotel if we go to Orlando.

“Love this Place But . . .”

This was our second stay at this hotel and we love it . . except my complaint is the "extras" that get added to the hotel bill. There's only valet parking since they've got no place to park anymore due to construction. It's an additional $18 per day which comes out to quite a bit at the end of the week. Also, they charge $10 a day for the bottled water, trolley tickets and newspaper. This is also mandatory. Why don't they just tack these charges into the price of the hotel room when booking instead of nickle and diming you to death. Yes, it's a really nice hotel but not all of us have bottomless pockets. $28.00 a day extra to the hotel bill is substantial at the end of the week. I will go back because it's a nice place to stay in a good area and you can walk to many restaurants and miniature golf.

The Peabody is a beautiful hotel and the ducks are really quite charming, but it was the staff that made my stay perfect. The service was just wonderful and the promptness with which any request was handled was remarkable. I recommend the Peabody very enthusiastically!

The Peabody is fabulous! I was in Orllando on business and this hotel was perfect. You can get a meal anytime of day. Try the diner style restaurant on the lobby level. The food and service was great there. The poolside patio is a great place relax and work. The ducks are fun to watch and the man who 'leads' them into the fountain is so old school. It was great...something from a different era in the middle of a modern hotel and in the middle of my crazy work day. I loved it! It's Orlando, so of course there were some families with kids, but the hotel common areas are so spacious that there is room for everyone.

We spent 12 nights at the Peabody Hotel and we really loved it. The bedroom was perfectly big and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is very good too. But the most surprising was the restaurant, Capriccio's Grill: good wines, excellent food! We had dinner two times there! Really recommend!
