“Amazing Hotel for the Price”

My family and I recently made our first trip to Disney World, and were looking for somewhere to stay close by that did not cost us an arm and a leg. I was more than extremely satisfied with the Buena Vista Palace. We were a walk away from Downtown Disney and a couple of miles from the theme parks. Transportation to and from the parks were provided- making the travel easy. The rooms were gorgeous and extremely clean and kept clean by housekeeping. The customer service was helpful and went out of their way. They were always right on top of things and were always available. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Orlando or Disney. The other services-spa, restaurants, sports bar- were nice to have there and made not leaving the hotel for things easy.

“Will go back again!”

When we travel we often stay clear of Orlando because we chose to spend our travel dollars in other ways. But we had a friend in the area and we decided to stay at this hotel. We loved everything about it from the lobby to our room, bathroom, view out the window, etc.!! We felt pampered, but it did have not a stuffy atmosphere as some high end hotels may have. The location for walking to Downtown Disney was ideal.

“Great value and location!”

This was a luxury hotel at an economical price. Excellent location near Downtown Disney restaurants. Pool stayed open late for swim after work or parks. Loved the chaise lounge, flat screen TV, and robes in room.

“At this hotel, the customer is always right!”

The hotel is impressive and you drive up to the vallet parking/entrance of the hotel. Check in was seamless. Our room wasn't ready yet, but they pre-checked us in, and we went to Downtown Disney that is just across the street; you can drive or walk there. We got back to the hotel at about 6 p.m. and checked in with no problems...until we got to the suite. There were four of us and only one king size bed...I asked for two queens and made our reservation two months in advance. To make a long story short and a very happy ending, the hotel upgraded our room suite to the biggest one they had...we could have slept 8 people! At this hotel the old cliche, "the customer is always right," is alive and living large at the Lake Buena Vista Palace Resort and Spa. Go there, you won't be disappointed!

“Wish I had More Time”

I liked the hotel room overall very much. I was a little upset when I found out that they did not have a room with a kingsize bed as I had requested on Expedia. We had to settle for a room with 2 queen size beds. And the view was also very obstructed and was nothing like it shows on the internet. Oh well....

“Great Hotel”

Was a great stay for the family late April. Renovation was nicely done. The room looked great. The Outback restaurant in the resort was excellent. The only con was self parking as it was a short walk to the hotel and can be scarce when there are events. Would stay again.

“nice hotel”

Very nice hotel. AC with a digital thermostat worked very well. bed was more comfortable then the one I have at home. pools and hot tub were nice even though I didnt get a chance to use them. parking was a pain. there is a ditch filled with water and ducks you have to walk way around. then you have to go up hill. I would estimate the walk from the parking lot to my room was a 1/8 to 1/4 mile uphill.
