Easy to find, IHop next door, needed more towels which were supplied at the desk, breakfast of bagels, sweet rolls, cereal juice and coffee, overall an excellent deal for the price!

When we first arrived for our trip, we were greeted by a friendly staff that checked us in way before check in time. Our room was located all the way to the right of the office, behind the Ihop. ( far from the office) We noticed that they had security which made us feel safe. When we checked in to the room it was in good condition. The bathroom was very clean, yes, needs updated. but its okay. Bed comfortable. My husband and I decided to wake up early the next morining to see the space shuttle launch, so we were up by 5 am. Turned on the light and to my surprise found *******COCKROACHES********* in our room!! (Yes I said **COCKROACHES***) Was I so upset. YES!! I contacted the front desk and let them know about our roommates that we found. We packed up our stuff, and headed to the front desk. I let them know that I do not want to be anywhere in that building, because where there is 10.....there is 10 million right around the corner. When we came back from a shuttle that ended up not launching and spending time at Daytona, we were pleased to end up in a room right off the pool, right next the the office. We had stayed for 4 days and no roaches!!!! So please stay close to the office, Im pretty sure that the room that had our "Friends" was rented out that same day. Other then that Breakfast was great....bed was comfortable.....location was wonderful and pool was warm!!!

We needed a reasonably priced motel to spend the night on our trip . Room was clean, exactly what we were looking for. We stayed on the upper level, which was nice. Only a little noise (i think it was beacause the room was located on the street side).

“Clean comfortable hotel with extra perks”

This modestly priced hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Surprisingly, it was quiet even though it was next to a busy street. Also, they had a nice complementary breakfast and coffee available all day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, they ensure your security by hiring a police officer to watch the property. I would go back to this hotel. It is a great value.

“Bang for Buck”

The hotel was a great bang for my buck. The room had everything I needed a small fridge, microwave, ironing board. The continetal breakfast was pretty good it had juice, cereal, bagels, and all the sweets you can have. The hotel was just 20 minutes from the parks and it had tons of restuarants nearby there is a taco bell and a Ihop walking distance from the hotel. I would stay there again the staff was friendly.
