DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

First upon check in I was told that there is a deposit since I had booked and paid through a 3rd party. Second, the staff will treat you like a convicted felon. No new towels until you bring in old ones, I actually received a lecture about this. No ashtrays in smoking room, no maid service the whole 6 days I was there. YOU CANNOT CHECK OUT UNTIL THEY HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ROOM. The guy at the desk even made the two fingers to the eye gesture to ensure that I understood they have to actually see and inspect the room for you to get your deposit back. Don't turn on the lights in the bathroom at night. You will find your roommates in the shower, on the walls and floor. I am a huge bug phobe. So seeing roaches in the middle of the night made me throw all of the food in my room away. I enjoyed the martial spats in the hallway early in the morning, it was entertaining. Spend an extra few bucks a night and stay anywhere else but here. Unless you want to be talked to like a 3 year old and berated for wanting clean towels for the shower and have to explain why you want two instead of one and your alone. I have washed everything I had in the room multiple times to ensure my roommates did not follow me home. I was in town for a business trip.

Cons: Train the Staff on the front desk all about Customer Service because the customer are the ones who allow them to be able to have a job.
Suburban Inn looks great from the outside but that's about it. I entered the hotel asking basic questions on the Bus services and was told by the front desk lady "GOOGLE IT, GOOGLE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED" This is the 1st hotel I've ever stayed at where the staff acted as if they were doing the visitor a favour. The staff are not knowledgeable about anything and it's obvious they weren't taught any "Customer Service" Rooms are cleaned once per week, but yet, Is it my responsibility as the visitor to have to throw my garbage out when it's filled if I am paying for a service which should be given on a regular basis. I was not impressed and would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Maid service is only once a week. You have to exchange your towels at the office when needed. Room kitchen comes with dishes, silverware, etc. Located in a business park.

The hotel was dirty, especially the rooms, it seems they did not clean after who ever rented the room before me. The hotel is noisy because of kids playing and fights in the room next to me.

Neighborhood had a bad "vibe" to it. Upon check in, I was informed that there was a $50.00 deposit required. I paid that in cash, and then discovered that the office didn't open up until 7:00 AM. I said that I needed to be to the airport at 6:00 AM, and was told that I could always "come back later" to get my $50 deposit back. Ended up putting the $50 on my credit card instead (and it was indeed refunded the next day). Got to my room and had to put all my weight against the door to get the deadbolt to lock. Even when it was deadbolted, the door did not appear to be shut all the way - there was a good 1/2 inch of door sticking out into my room. I had to push a table in front of the door....it wouldn't stop anyone from breaking in, but would at least create some noise to wake me up. Had a hard time sleeping that night.

We got there the tub was dirty brown discussing, we where around 4 hour at night with no electricity, we requested someone to clean the bathroom and all they gave us were towels to put on the shower floor. We requested a refund and they declined because I buy the reservation on Hotel. Com. Very dissatisfied and I will submit a claim for a refund on this nightmare stay we had.
