We offer more than just “rooms.” We offer HOMES. Each with a full kitchen, and a private screened-in pool. Choose from 3 bedrooms all the way up to 6 bedrooms in select properties.

All homes are self-catering and come fully furnished, with quality furniture, new kitchen appliances, a full set of kitchen utensils, and upscale interior décor. When you arrive, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay: 2 sets of linens for each bedroom, 2 sets of towels for each bathroom, with startup toiletries provided.

Every home has a cable/DVD equipped TV in the main living area AND the master bedroom, as well as WIFI (wireless) Internet service throughout the home. 'Platinum' and 'Gold' rated homes may offer in-home entertainment options, including:

“What an awesome experience!”

The 4 bedroom house was amazing! It was clean, up to date and everything was in working order. The pool, hot tub, and game room were really great additions to our stay. We had to flat screen tvs, a dvd and vhs player and all the necessary ammeneties. We were very close to the parks and the villa was in a very safe, gated community. I would definitely stay in this vacation rental again. Truly a home away from home!

“Best vacation ever!”

Loved the house! Close to the parks kids loved the pool! Very clean and up to date! Only complaint was the pans for cooking were in poor shape but called the office and they brought us new pans in the next hour! We did not want to leave! Would def go back again:0)

“Definitely a gem!”

We booked with Starmark for spring break and it was the best choice for our family. We all had our own rooms and space, the kids loved the pool and games room. We loved having our own kitchen and laundry room. It was a gated complex which was nice and quiet, we even met the neighbours who were very pleasant. It was close to Disney and the airport and the hwy. We took day trips to Daytona and the Kennedy Space Ctr, which are both worth the trip. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well. The home came outfitted with what we needed, extra linens and towels were in the closet. Plenty of dishes, wifi is included, which was nice as well and there were even dvd's to watch. I contacted Starmark before booking through expedia and the service was pleasant, the agent was able to answer all my questions and kept in touch with me via email as our trip came up. It was more than we expected and we will definitely book with them again.

“Excellent location, quiet area. Good quality installations. Reservation system needs improvement.”

The responsible manager (night time) did not know about our arrival but quickly found a solution. Nothing negative to say about the house rented: good quality and very clean installations. Very well equiped: stove, refrigerator, complete laundry, 4 TV with cable and free wireless internet, very nice pool, playground, etc. Need just to improve communication between Expedia and this company. Anyhow we are very satisfied about our rental and location in Kissimmee, FL.

“We will be back!”

We spent 6 nights in one of Starmark's gold homes. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a good location - 40 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to the theme parks. I e-mailed the customer service with a few questions prior to us arriving - answers were very prompt. It was our first vacation in this area (Hampton Lakes), we arrived in the evening - would have been nice to have some info/location on - shopping - grocery, drug , department stores in the home.
