“Good Place to Stay”
The rooms are clean and comfortable.

From the time I checked in till the time I left there was no doubt my next stay will be at this hotel. The rooms were clean and during this time when hotels are cutting cost by laying of people. This hotel had very friendly staff.

The Springhill Suites provides good, clean accommodations for the business traveler. It is an excellent value for the +/- $100 per night category. The complimentary buffet breakfast adds to the value.
“Not Impressed”
Upon arrival I asked the desk clerk for restaurant recommendations because we arrived on Thanksgiving. I was assured I would have no problem finding an open dining establishment. She was wrong. This would be excusable if the hotel isolated. It was in the middle of a shopping mecca. I chose this facility due to its proximity to Sanford Airport (my expected arrival location.) My mistake. This facility should not be recommended for travelers arriving at Orlando Airport.
“No Wireless Internet in Rooms?”
I chose Springhill Suites for the proximity to Sanford International Airport. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. My girlfriend and I must take my work everywhere with me therefore we always have our laptops. The hotel room had a single wired connection but only offered wireless in the lobby. We found this at a great inconvenience as we enjoy sitting on the couch in the evenings doing work together. One of us had to sit in the lobby while the other was in the room. By the time we were finished with our work for the evening the night was over and we were ready for bed. I personally would not go back because of the lack of wireless internet in the rooms and drive the extra distance from the always delightful Holiday Inn Express.
“small rooms”
I initially chose this hotel because I wanted a suite. I needed to share this room with my elderly mother , who I just met at an airport for a late night arrival. I assumed a suite would fit this purpose. The suite of rooms were very small and cramped for two people. The floor plan did not give much privacy. However, the room was clean, safe, and adequate for most travellers needs.
