I left 3 hrs after checking in bedbugs were crawling all over I had bites all over my body. I placed a couple of them in a cup and left them at the front desk with concierge. My daughter was so upset she called them and they said they reimbursed Expedia and I should get my money from them. My 8 months old grandchild ended up in the ER…

The staff was super nice and helpful, even when we got there at 1am, the gentleman at the desk at night was great. The room was OK. We couldn’t get comfortable in the beds, but I don’t think anything is wrong with the beds it could be us. Breakfast items were great.

Several lightbulbs in the room were out making for a dark room and low light bathroom. The safe didn’t work and was told that none of them do anymore. The “advertised” breakfast was lame. Pretty sad for $200.

This was a huge disappointment. The walls were paper thin and we listened all night to the people next door. Now the hotel was less than full and yet we were put side by side with the love couples. Happy for them but not pleasant for us. Would never stay here again. After screaming and moaning and more screaming it was a big disaster, we needed to be up at 4 a,m. Terrible

The hotel had a smell to it, the property was in disrepair. Even the chairs at the pool had holes in them. Would never recommend staying here.

While very clean, some wear is showing. Bathtub tap could not be fully shut off and keycard entry was problematic. You needed two keys to ensure contact with room keycard reader. Maintenance arrived with in 5 minutes-impressive! Unfortunately both issues were not “quick fixes” and we were offered another room. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!
