“Ok hotel that needs to move”

While the room was fine and bed was very comfortable. The hotel and room was very dated. Sheraton is obviously not investing in this location at all. Staff is great and helpful. Location is a problem. Expect the 3am train to rumble thru and wake you up as the hotel is right next to the railroad tracks.

“Sheraton”

Well, the hotel itself is located in fairly convenient location. The service itself is good. Staff is responsive and very pleasant. The problem lies within the building and surrounding areas. The lobby is probably the most pleasant aspect of the hotel. The rooms are outdated, old and walls are paper thin. The doors are flimsy and with one blow can be knocked down. The next door neighbors were a group of young man, who behaved themselves very well, but with walls being paper thin, you could hear their conversation and their channel surfing. The neighborhood... The hotel sits on the west side of I-4 which divides Orlando into east and west. As we all know west Orlando is the ghetto parts of Orlando. So at night night might be the most comfortable place for some people. For me no problem, but when I have to worry about my pregnant wife it is a different story. No matter time of the day, bums and sketchy personalities walk by the hotel. Now mind you, I come form the ghettos and I was raised in Russia and I can tell a good neighborhood from bad. The area could be better, particularly when you worry about the safety of your loved ones.

“Not impressed”

Hotel overall not bad at all. We got a great deal on the rates for the Thanksgiving weekend. Neighborhood is a little shady ( hotel is smack in the center of the hood) but no problems with locals. I guess the thing that annoyed us the most was the valet only parking, which they dont disclose in their website. I dont fell that i should have to pay for something that I can do myself, nor the rates can justify the distance they go to park my car. (about 10 feet)

“Service”

The Hotel was clean and nice and comfotable. The issue we had was the staff and their lack of interest in our inquiries. Everyone had a different answer for us and it seemed as if they were annoyed with us. A couple employees were on the border of rude.

“Expensive Valet Parking ONLY”

only valet parking, it's expensive. (maybe it's my own fault that I didn't read the fine print). The hotel is old although they seemed just remodeled. Oh well, I won't stay there agin for sure...Crown Plaza in downtown Orland is about the same price range and much nicer.

“Not Impressed”

The first one we were assigned had a broken toilet and vomit looking material on the walls. We were then moved to another room which had no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the shower faucet was coming off of the wall and a huge stain on the skirt of bedding.
