“Good hotel at reasonable price”

Bit concerned initially since I was travelling on business and an earlier review indicated that hotel had poor Internet Service. Fortunately, the Internet service, the hotel servic and room comfort was very good. I enjoyed my stay without interruption to my business activities.

“Good choice for business travelers”

The room was clean and comfortable, though I didn't find the sleep number bed to be any great shakes. (But that's just me-) Workout facility was adequate, and most important, the hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very pleasant stay overall.

I am very familiar with this area of Orlando. I was pleasantly surprise with the upgrade to the hotel and received extremely good service.

“Convenient to UCF”

Hotel was nice. The only problem was that we scheduled a club room so that we good get snacks for our young son on arrival and could also run down and get him a small bite in the morning prior to getting ready for breakfast. They closed the club floor due to low occupancy. They gave us breakfast and drink vouchers which was nice, but they didn't offer to give us a credit for the floor being closed.

My stay was comfortable and I enjoyed coming to my room every day and it was always clean with fresh towels! I enjoyed the pool and the walking distance to get a bite to eat. Yes I will go back in the future!

Location is a little far from the downtown area and DIsney Parks but the rest of your travel will be enjoyable to stay here. In the same trip, we went to Miami and stayed in a holel. Where we pay less for the stay but we found that the hotel charged us some dollars for each night for the drink in the mini-bar in the roow, even though we did not touch anything inside the mini-bar. We then contacted the hotel, the receptionist told us to send an email to her manger, then we sent a message to the manager, but not response... Now, you got my point!
