Nice Hotel, very clean!

Posted 15-Apr-2014
Location: Location was ok, just a little annoying to do a U-Turn coming back from Downtown Disney, but not really a big deal
Clean hotel, Sleep Number bed was good, might of been broken on one side, but there was only just me and a friend so didn't bother us too much.

Fla short stay by myself

Posted 14-Apr-2014
Pros: Staff was Very friendly, hotel food top notch, management delt with issues promptly, very clean
Cons: Taxi service affiliated with the hotel is the worst. I was left stranded and they were rude and could not be bothered.
Location: Near Disney, Epcot, Downtown Disney, Lake Buena Vista, et al
I chose this Hotel because is was near many attractions, had shuttle service, and had taxi service via the hotel. The experience with the hotel was fantastic. However, if they still have the same taxi service next year, I will stay someplace else. I usually rent a car, but this time I came alone so I relied on hotel shuttles (which were very good) and local taxis. If you are by yourself don't rely on the taxis as they are looking to transport groups and charge for the group and made it clear they can't be bothered to take you back even with hours of pre-notice.

Nice hotel , good location

Posted 12-Apr-2014
Hotel was clean , nice , and centrally located . Sleep number beds were meant for comfort but i couldnt get mine to work so pretty uncomfy bed. Free shuttle to epcot , on site bar and rest, at the end of the day if i was goin to disney parks id just stay at a lower end disney hotel so could catch disney buses. No complaints about this hotel , but for $135 could stay AT disney and catch disney buses. This hotel is in a very congested area so u better know how to get to it . 3.5 of 5 stars for the $$

Great location - close to Disney World

Hotel was clean & staff were friendly. My only small criticism was that I was disappointed with the sleep number bed. I also thought their elevators were pretty rough.

Very nice hotel, convenient location.

Posted 8-Apr-2014
Pros: Staff, pool.
Cons: Breakfast is terrible and expensive.
Location: Disney is right down the street, as is pirate adventure mini-golf. Go to the IHOP instead of the hotel restaurant for breakfast.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is nice. The food options leave a little to be desired.

Pros: At a central location and close to everything in orlando
This is close, Downtown Disney, and many of the main attractions of Orlando, about 12 minutes from the Outlets, the easy parking and free Wifi, so is that generally meets one needs to be close to everything , with confidence and security!

Worth every penny

Posted 6-Apr-2014
Pros: Very clean and up to date....
Cons: No improvements needed
Location: great location with plenty of restaurants with in walking distance...
My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Orlando. When we arrived at the hotel the staff welcomed us and were helpful answering our questions. We walked into our room and found a welcome gift, & congratulations card signed by the staff, and a balloon. We really felt welcomed and well taken care of from the complete staff at Radisson Orlando....

Right off I-4 really close to Downtown Disney

Check in - little was said from the hotel staff. No map of the property, information about food service available, etc. Just pointing out the elevators. I think there was a pool somewhere, but had no idea where or how to find it. Only one way into & out the property. If you're coming at it from another direction or wanting to turn left out of the property be prepared to go a little further to make a U-Turn. It's a busy road so have your patience ready. They have sleep number beds in the rooms. I had never used them before and wasn't impressed. It was ok, but my preference would be to avoid hotels with these beds in the future. Rooms weren't that quiet. It was easy to hear the neighbors' TV and conversations clear as day. We only stayed one night and for one night it wasn't bad, but for the price I wouldn't stay again. There are plenty of other great hotels in the area for about the same rate.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful for anything we needed. Particularly the front desk manager (Lisa) and front service assoc (Elizabeth) they went above and beyond and surprised my 2 young daughters with a birthday gift package in our room :-) so grateful for their service
