“dont believe the negative reviews”
Pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean and well-kept. Very quiet. The negative reviews definitely not doing this hotel justice.

Had a wonderful stay with the family breakfast was great thank you for everything
“Very pleased patron”
For what we got, I was surprised of how little we paid. Breakfast was more then toast and juice, the room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet in the evening. The only thing that the room did lack was a safe, but we didn't request one either. We would stay here again.

“Great service”
We arrived on Feb 29, got serviced right away with room. The service was great, no complains. We had a little problem with the toilet and was fixed right away. Breakfast was good just suggest some scrambled eggs too, but overall ok. We enjoyed the stay at hotel and would definetly stay there again. Thank you for your service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and pretty close to a lot of restaurants.
“Very clean, safe, and convenient”
The hotel overall was excellent and very convenient to Universal Theme Parks. We liked the fact that we could take a shuttle bus to Universal and it saved us on parking fees. The hotel staff was great, including the people who take care of the "breakfast" area. Overall we would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to families since the hotel was in a very nice area of Orlando and in an area convenient to shopping, attractions, etc.
“A Great Place To Stay in Orlando”
This is the second time we've stayed here and planning to stay again next year. The king suite is excellent value with plenty space and a microwave and fridge so you can bring snacks in. There is also a coffee maker but they have plenty coffee/hot water available downstairs anytime. Breakfast is included and very good. Saves going out to find somewhere every morning. We spent some time at the pool area on a couple of afternoons and it was lovely and quiet. They have a jacuzzi which was well used. Rooms are very clean and fresh and remarkably quiet at night. Overall this hotel is well placed with easy access to all the major attractions and plenty of eating/drinking places within walking distance.

The breakfast was ok for the price. The location was great and the comfort, quality of the hotel, and staff was great!!! We really enjoyed ourselves!!
