A few broken things in the room, no hot water, shower head literally dribbled out … I had to get on my hands and knees and rinse my hair under the tun spout. We had a few silver fish bugs in the bathroom.. The place isn’t the worst i have ever been to, but wasn’t great either. It’s in a very safe area though and the grounds were kept clean

Very convenient to my conference. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Was told room overlooked courtyard when it in fact overlooked an exterior wall and an air conditioner unit - - NO courtyard view. Room dated. Only decaf coffee in room.

I think the time of check in the lady at the front desk was rude and didn't make me feel welcomed at all. For someone who works in a tourist attraction area has no idea what that person checking in goes through and I think you should get someone who doesn't mind working with people who are traveling from all over. The rooms could be a lot better and need some kind of odor spray in them and not sure when the last time the carpets were shampooed.

The property was old and very run down. The property needs to updated for sure, our outside room door to our room showed light coming through the cracks. And the smell of the room was horrible. But it was close to Epcot.

Really close to the Disney Parks. Got to go relax a bit and come back. Lots of dining options and stores around. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good.
