“Room felt dirty. Nice pool. Nice location. Won't go back.”

Pluses - microwave and refrigerator in rooms, two sinks (: nice for getting ready before going out. Clean linens. Comfortable beds. AC worked well. Nice pool. Nice location. Restaurants, gas stations and stores nearby. Free breakfast was ok. Florida, u-turns a pain. Minuses - big stain on bedspread and one chair. Carpeting seemed dirty. Plumbing fixtures (faucets) need immediate up updating. Advertised spa was out of order and looked like it has been for a while.

“Would sign in again.”

Our stay in Davenport was very satisfactory. The room was spacious with a mini fridge, microwave. The single bed was huge. The Continental Breakfast was adequate for the volume of people. It also has a bus shuttle system to Disney which saves on parking fees. All this for a very reasonable price.

“Adequate”

A decent hotel for the price (if booked online) and location. Their continental breakfast is reasonably good. Nice swimming pool. The walls are paper thin, but this is not unusual.

“Great hotel - but paper-thin walls”

Almost everything was excellent. The desk employee was very polite, the lobby was well-decorated (it was Christmas time) and breakfast was fantastic. But there was one key thing that ruined our stay: our room was next door to a set of three men who I got to know very well because I could hear every single word they were saying. They weren't partying or anything -- just conversing in a normal tone of voice. This went on until midnight. We called the front desk, and the woman was very polite, but there were no other rooms available to move to. She asked the gentlemen to quiet down, and they lowered their voices, but we could STILL hear every single word. Our baby had trouble sleeping, and as a result of that night, she was cranky the next day - which pretty much ruined that part of our vacation. We won't be staying at this hotel again, unfortunately.

“Will Never Stay Again!”

I will never stay here ever again. I had to pack up and leave after one night! I am very disappointed on how my situation was handled! I did not feel safe and the hotel manager did not even care. My phone did not even work in my room to call for help! I had to use my cell phone!

“Choice Hotel? Think again.”

Crappy Hotel. Not a Choice Hotel. Wi-fi works occasionally if you are lucky even with "good signal strength". "Business Center" is not free. OLD! Beds, pillows and furniture is decent. Entrance doors close early and work half the time with your room key. Worth $25/nt at best.

“Good hotel with Wifi, parking, refrigerator, microwave, TV included.”

The check in was really faster. Also the check out. In the front desk you can find many maps. The hotel is nice and I recommend for children. The hotel is not the closer hotel to Disney, but if you have a car you get to Disney in 15 min. The hotel offers free transportation to Disney. I´ve never used, so I can not say anything about that. My car was always sure in the hotel parking. If you fill the tank until the beyond the maximun, you can get to the Orlando airport with full tank.

“A little further than expected but worth the price”

The hotel was three exits past Disney's last exit which was a little further but I knew that. The hotel itself was in good condition. The pool was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was good and available until 10 am. The only issue that I had was that the refrigerator didn't get very cold, and the adjoining hallways to the stairs (we were on the second floor) were very hot. When you come in after being out in the beautiful, hot Florida weather all day, you expect that when you walk in or go up a flight of stairs to get to your room the air would be the same but it wasn't. The hallway downstairs right by the stairs was across from the hotel laundry area and it was hotter than hot!

“NEVER AGAIN”

As soon as i entered the room the first thing i noticed was the stains on the hideously brown blanket. The sheets weren't clean either, it had hair on them and i actually cleaned them myself. I even had to remove two lizards from my room. The water went out for an entire night. And the air conditioner went out another, that was the first place i ever stayed that uses freon in there units. And the hallways were like walking through a sauna. Also my night-stand was full of candy wrappers, the only thing that was pretty clean was that bathroom, fridge and the microwave. The nicest thing in the hotel was the lobby. .
