I thought the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with newer stuff in the room. It was close to universal studio, which was nice and had restaurants that was in walking distance.

A good night's sleepPosted 19-May-2014
We were in Orlando for just one night. This hotel was conveniently located and well-priced. After a long day, it was the perfect place to get a good night's sleep. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff at both check in and check out were polite and efficient. I would certainly stay here again.

Cant beat tgis hotel for valuePosted 12-May-2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel appeared to be recently refurbished. It felt like we were in a brand new hotel. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the Universal Studios entrance. Easy access to I-4. There were plenty of restraints within walking distance. You can't beat the value.

Good location, bad room conditionPosted 18-Apr-2014 on Hotels.com
We got there around evening and it was super hot day. Turned on the AC in a room and it made huge sound for 5 seconds before starting. We thought as if there were stones stuck inside the fan of the AC. such a loud noise !! We complained this to the management and they said the maintenance crew is left for the day so they will take care of it tomorrow. Next day when we returned, found that the maintenance was successfully able reduce the loud noise from 5 seconds to 3 seconds !! Such a waste !! Because of this huge noise anytime in the middle of night, we were not able to sleep during our entire stay. Management at the time of check out took off some service charges as we complained about this issue but my advise would be , before you unpack check the AC and the noise.

Location: the location was close to attractions.
My stay was an enjoyable experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciated access to a laundry room.

Would stay there again!Posted 29-Mar-2014 on Hotels.com
Clean and recently redone with a more than ample continental breakfast and free wifi. What more do you need after a long day at Universal when your feet are beyond sore? Several restaurants nearby are quiet and away from the crowds for dinner after being in the over crowded park all day.

Close to UniversalPosted 28-Mar-2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was average. I believe it's a fairly new hotel, but the room was very average. We had a suite but the hotel in the front room looked old and the room felt damp. I understand why breakfast was free. If you don't go to breakfast early you'll be in line for donuts, boiled eggs and an orange and there isn't much seating. I won't stay there again. But you get what you pay for. I was very close to Universal Studios and there is a free shuttle at the hotel. But if you don't want to be confined to the shuttle's schedule you can easily catch public transportation. It put you a block away from the hotel and it's only $2. Bus #21, 37 or 40.
