“As expected”
We spent one night at the hotel. It was okay for the price. The room had a slight damp feel to it, but it was okay. Breakfast was fine in the morning.
“Very Close to Universal”
Check-in was very easy. The staff members were very helpful and nice. Our room was exactly what we expected. The only thing that was missing was a DVD player. There is a $3 a day resort fee. The resort fee is for the free breakfast, newspaper, and shuttle. The shuttle was great especially after a long day at universal studios. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.
“Convenient to Holy Land Attraction”
Hotel convenient to Holy Land Attraction. The hotel was older, but clean. Wide selection of food at the continental breakfast.
“Very happy with our stay.”
The staff was very helpfull and nice. On the days we were there they had short staff, but they managed to have everythink in order. Also, the breakfast was very good.
“Comfortable, Cheap and Convenient”
Hotel staff were very polite and professional. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our rooms A/C unit was a bit loud and likely in need of lubrication, but it wasn't unbearable and that is my only complaint about the room. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. It included eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereals with ice cold milk, toast, fruits and baked goods. You can't go wrong. Just be warned that there is a silly $1 per guest extra fee that you need to pay on check-in. Not bad, but strange. My only other warning is that the free shuttle service to area attractions (Sea World, Universal, etc) is one departure bus in the morning (9:30) and one return bus in the evening (7:30). If you are endurance park hoppers who like to stay from open to close, you may need to plan alternate transport for at least one trip. You could walk to Universal, but after a long day, the return walk (close to two miles from the park entrance) could be hard, especially with little ones.
“Great hotel 2 minutes from Universal Studios!”
Stayed only for 1 night but was very satified with the friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was great but there was a 15 minute lineup at the waffle maker.
“Great Stay”
Great accomadation, great price and great breakfast! New paint job on front also looks great.
“good staff, hotel is adequate.”
For the money, this hotel was good. The breakfast lacked a lot. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
“Almost perfect”
I had a great stay at this hotel. It was my two sisters and I after spending the day at islands of adventures for the wizarding world of harry potter. We were exhausted and the staff was so nice and quick. The room was amazing for what we paid. Very clean and comfortable. They even let us have a fold out bed for free even though it's usually a $10 charge. The only complaints that I have are that one, there was ants in our room near the sink and on the counter top. Coming in from the ceiling. we had a dirty cup and woke up to it full of ants. Also, the breakfast was terrible, but there is plenty of places around the hotel to go get better food. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
