“What can I say?”

It was better than expected. Very centrally located. We used a GPS system while in FLA. It seems our hotel was 10 min. to everywhere. Sorry about an hour to cocoa beach. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous, two 2-sided waterfalls. The breakfast was great. It included eggs(scrambled & hard boiled) and varied between sausage and bacon. It also had the standbys (toast, cereal, danishes, bagels, juice and coffee). I did read about the trains, they didn't bother us.(I heard them once). If you're travelling with a family upgrade to the suite. Two double beds for us meant we were sleeping one child, one adult to a bed. There is a free USA today in the lobby, as well as coffee and tea. The front desk staff were very friendly to me. There is a laundry facility on the second floor at the end of the building(away from everyone) I did laundry at 11:00 p.m. and didn't disturb anyone. I don't know what else to say we were there for six nights and would return, Not only would I recommend this hotel to others, I have already recommended it. My friend is staying there in May. P.S. Best thing about this place--Never tried to sell me time-share, lol.

Hotel, clean ,cheap, near Costco for gas, pool area amazing. Bad: breakfast on Saturday 7:30 - way too late for a flight!!!

Considering the super-low price I´ve paid, this hotel was a top pick ! Check-In was unproblematic, room was clean and even a network cable for free internet use was provided in the room. The daily service was also outstanding. Only the ac could ve been a little more quiet. I would totally recommend this hotel for further stays !

“Great location”

I found this to be a reasonably priced hotel plus it is close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. We only stayed one night before flying out the next morning. The breakfast was so much more than we expected - it included hot scrambled eggs and sausage.

Our overall stay at this hotel was very pleasant. It exceeded our expectations, especially based on the price. The rooms were clean and the sheets and blankets used on the beds were of very nice quality. The pool area surrounded by ponds was pretty. The free breakfast offered every morning was great - there was much variety to choose from, and an attendant was always present to refill the food/drinks and to keep the area clean. The staff at the lobby was not extremely in-your-face friendly, but they were always polite and accommodating. The only downside to our specific room was the size of the beds. We booked a room with a description stating "two double beds" since there were 3 of us staying at the hotel, but the beds were a bit small (full size instead of queen size). Next time we will inquire about rooms with bigger beds, because we would definitely choose this hotel again if they could accommodate us with that.

Room was very nice; big, clean, and confortable. The property as a whole is really nice and the pool is also very nice. The free breakfast was well stocked and it was just as good as any restaurant in the immediate area. Saving money on the breakfast was really nice. Lots of good restaurants close by to choose from. Shopping in a large mall just a few minutes by car. Less than half a mile to major higways allowing you to go anywhere.

Good place for an overnight stay. The breakfast bar was well stocked and clean.
