“Very good parkway”

I was very impressed with the resort. The villa was more like a two bedroom, two bath apartment. It was designed so a family of four would only have to go to the grocery store to stay a couple of weeks. It even had a washer and dryer in the villa. The only regret is that it is in Kissimmee and I had to be in Cocoa at 8:30 Sunday morning. That was not specified in my plans, however. The only regret that I had about the resort is that we were there for only two nights.

“Would go back in a heartbeat”

The room was lovely. Having the full kitchen and washer/dryer was exceptionally great. We saved so much money by not eating out. The size of the suite was very roomy and comfortable. The only thing I would add is more towel racks in the master bathroom. Other than that it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful pool, kept very clean and the perfect temperature. We would definitely use this hotel again.

“Would love to stay there again!”

My son and I stayed there for a week. It was very close to Disney and since we were busy with that we did not spend much time in the room. It was a beautiful 2bedroom, lovely kitchen, great open living room with high ceilings, the master bedroom great with its own bath and jacuzzi. When weather was bad we could really realax and enjoy a movie. DVD player in both rooms. Great pool, EVERYTHING GREAT!

“Loved, Loved loved it”

We were very pleased with the room/apartment. despite the reviews and the hesitation to book, we went ahead and went with it and it was one of the best highlights of our Disney trip. Small credit card deposit was released within 3 days and the front desk was pleasant at all times. Everything came with the room that we needed and everything worked, all that was needed was food and us! Washer and dryer were a great bonus, and the 3 flat screeen tvs gave everyone time to wind down. It wasn't newly designed though the decor didn't bother us a bit, older safari look. If you are on the fence, don't be.....We also were able to check-in at noonish with no questions asked or fee. We are going to come back to this place next year for our Disney trip. The pictures on the site should be updated to show off this resort.

“Best deal I have ever had !”

Everything was great. The resort of so clean and much nicer than I expected.The rental car was perfect and service great. We enjoyed our stay so much it was hard to leave.Thanks expedia for all your help. I will be using you again and already have friends asking how we got such a great deal.

“Great place for families”

Awesome, friendly staff allowed us to check in early, Villa was very clean and spacious. Pool was clean and warm (bar was a nice feature). Nice to park right in front great location for parks, perfect for families.Beds were a little worn but acceptable. We will definately stay here again.

“"My New Disney Destination"”

I have been traveling to Orlando consistently for the last 6 years and I am suprised I missed this place. I am glad I took advantage this time. I was here 4 nights and everything was real nice. I stayed in the Sahara section and the rooms had a "safari" like theme to them. Room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa with full kitchen, balcony and jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, wine opener, coffee maker, stove, microwave, oven. The first night we got in late, so we stopped by Wal-Mart on the way and heated up a frozen pizza and chicken wings in the oven. Saved money and was in the comfort of the the villa while eating. Kept a bottle of wine and glasses next to the wet bar. The jacuzzi tub was a 2 person tub, so plenty of room for adults to relax together. The jets can be adjusted. The master bed was probably my biggest complaint. It was a bit firmer than I would like but my wife loved it as that is her preference. I found the 2 twin bids in the other room to be much softer and being it was just me and the Mrs. we enjoyed both rooms. Also TV's in bedroom could be updated to flat screens. The balcony is a nice size, comfortable, very quiet outside and you consistently see the security guard rolling around so it gives you extra comfort knowing that. There were towels/supplies outside my door twice in my 4 days, so I never ran out of anything. Washer/Dryer, vacuum, dishwasher all on hand. Parking was fine, plenty of it.

Nice place to stay. Pretty big villas. Everything was clean and the rooms and bathroom pretty big and clean.

“Superior Accomodations at Bargain Prices”

This is my third stay at this location. Perfectly located for theme parks, especially Disney. The accomodations have always been well maintained. This is a condo (not a hotel), so room service doesn't come make up the bed for you everday (a plus to me personally). The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The pool has a great deal of eye appeal and is a pleasant and relaxing area to spend time at. They do a great job of making this a destination for families and creating an atmosphere that families can appreciate. The environment is safe, peaceful and tranquil.

Excellent hotel and ideal for all parks- especially Disney. Would definitely return
