Tight parking spots in the garage (and only a handful of handicapped parking spots), only have ice machines on two of the floors and they hold your parking pass hostage until they talk you into attending the timeshare seminar

Staff was excellent. Parking right next to rooms. The pool was well maintained and there were lots of things to do on site. View was great. We have already booked our trip for next year here.

I love the property, however, feel that you need more options for dining. Steve was very helpful and even extended my check out for a late check out. Pool area was always well kept and so were the rooms anything that you needed they were there for you. I definitely will be returning.

Absolutely amazing! We travel to Florida every year and this resort by far has been the best. It truly feels like a resort, clean, tons of pool chairs, friendly staff, comfortable beds! We will definitely be returning

Property is rather hard to check into, parking is difficult at best. The restaurant is a joke. Icemaker in rooms do not work. Room is quiet. The bed is as hard as a rock. Good shower nice view.

Great location, good amenities, rooms were spacious and clean, nice pool area, lots of safe and free parking. Bad was uncomfortable bed, another restaurant on the property would be nice, more tennis courts

It was a safe feeling from the moment you drove up to the gate. You cant get onto the property unless security takes your name for starters. It shows right from the beginning that they care about there guests. Secondly they take great care of the property itself. Very clean from the moment you walk in the lobby etc. The rooms were very roomy with all the amenities you could need for your stay. I highly recommend this property especially for a long stay in the Orlando Area. You are right outisde disney but with all the comforts of home and then some.

This resort was absolutely amazing. The 1st night we stayed in a suite and the second we stayed in a studio. The suite was absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, luxurious and above all worth eevry penny. The studio king was completely different in size, however, amazing. Spacious, clean and felt like a little studio home. The resort itself was so big. Lots to do and see. Thank you to all of the staff who checked us in and out. Funny, curtious and gave excellent information

The resort is beautiful, as well as the rooms. It would be nice if some sort of nightlight near the bathroom. The room is so very dark. We had to leave the bathroom light on and clean se the door.

Sleeping in a cold swamp
Perhaps the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in from a comfort level perspective. I spend 80-100 nights per year in hotels. Room was unbelievably humid, damp floors, so much so that your feet stuck to the laminate floors. Towels wouldn’t dry. All my clothes were damp. Just gross. Returned from an outing and it felt like a sauna. Turned on the extremely loud AC and it became cold and damp. Water running down the inside of the windows and pooling on the ground. Unreal. Wouldn’t stay there again if they offered me a free week.

Great facility for families as the rooms are large and the pool and activity room (including air hockey, foosball, video games, etc) are great. Location is convenient to get all the theme parks.

Good property. Be aware of timeshare pitch.
Reception sends you to another desk to pick up the parking pass. This desk is the Hilton timeshare desk. Instead of just giving you the parking pass, they start their pitch by offering you gift cards in return for attending their timeshare presentation. Do not give them your phone number. Hilton timeshare will call you everyday to sell you a timeshare. It is impossible to get them to stop calling you.
