“I will definitely be going back to this hotel!”
What a view from my room. Not just the pool but the Monroe Lake and the sunsets were beautiful! "Limoncello" restaurant was very good too!

This hotel has a great view , from the pool just befor the bay. to looking at all the sail boats docked and in the bay.

The hotel was an older hotel but the rooms were clean and the location was awesome. It is in the middle of an historic town and on the edge of Lake Mary.

Had to grope around to find a light to turn on because the one at the door did not work. Drapery hanging off hooks. Bathroom was not too clean.

Such a lovely view on Lake Monroe. However, the hotel rooms would need to be refurbished.

Very cheap hotel but rooms were very outdated and not the cleanest. I showered with shoes on!
“Needs improvement”
this was our second visit, it is a nice small hotel. Our first visit only issue was the pool was closed. This visit it was again closed. We requested a crib, didnt have one, asked for a roll away bed, didnt have one. We were told that would send us extra pillows and blankets, didnt get those until the next day. Then our air conditioner broke so they gladly moved us to another room. The room was in need of thorough cleaning. This hotel has many possibilites and we are hoping with new management things will be taken care of properly. We are willing to give it one more try.
“Need improve”
Swimming pool was not available. No microwave,no refrigerator. Bathroom condition: tiles missing, wall paint peeling, hot water leaking from aucet, the door can not be closed and there was no vent exist. It is for sure better than a luxury shelter but still need be improved.
