“Really great place to stay. We'll be back!!”

My wife and I stayed here in the beginning of October. We visit Florida twice a year from Curacao (Netherlands Antilles) We love the area for its nature and because everything is pretty closeby. Because we were not satisfied with the place we used to go to, we searched the Expedia site for a better place. And we found it!! The Palisades Resort was perfect for us. Very big rooms and anything we needed was right there. We even found out there is a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was perfect as well as we found everything we needed. The big bedrooms have their own restroom/bathroom which is pretty convenient when travelling with others. Every staff member was very helpful answering all questions and helping out where ever needed. Even when a bird hit the front door they were helping us trying to save its life. One minor thing about the beds. The matrasses are really bad. They made me wake up earlier then I wanted. No sleeping in for me or my wife here. But for the rest....We'll come back next year. That's for sure.

“Enjoyable and relaxing stay”

Really enjoyed our stay, helpful and friendly staff. Facilities were very good ( pool and SPA). Quiet and peaceful area.

“The worst hotel in town”

The hotel is located far away from everything. It is like a ghost town since the parking lot is empty. It provides the worst breakfast. The air condition doesn't work and it is very hot in the room. The front desk is not friendly. We will never come back.

“Not great!!”

Pros Rooms are spacious and clean. Cons Breakfast was a joke. They just keep coffee, small piece of cake, juice and bagels. Although timings are till 9:30 everything gets over early and they dont even refill. Also they take whatever is left before 9:30, even if you are there and want to have a coffee, they will still take coffee, sugar creamer out in front of you. First place where they did not even keep coffee beyond 9:30. It is not so close from all major parks Beds are not so comfortable they make noise

“not impressed”

The beds were not comfortable at all! Nothing for the kids to do except play in game rm. Need more activitys! we stayed at Blue Tree Resort much better! Lots of things to do! Please take a look at What Blue Tree Resort has to offer for the kids to and see about doing something with beds and I beet you will get more people to stay.. Also if you aren't going to do a good conital breakfest then do away with it and do something else ..Like at Christmas time you could do a x-mas theme with cookies ext.... Also maybe some activity? or even you could make it more fun! The location is great right off from interstate easy access. Also store is not far but there is nothing to do at the hotel add horse shoes, tennis court, golf area or volley ball etc.. Maybe bingo. Use some of the space you have in the lobby and out doors. Also the pool and hot tub wasn't very clean! Thanks Winter Haven Fl.

“Excellent. Money is worth it.”

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was great. I didnot see anything wrong as to the services. The only thing is the entrance and exit are a little small but we got Honda pilot and we managed to maneuver it anyway. It was a great experience. I would go back there again gven the chance.

We went to lobster feast along international drive and it's an all u can eat lobster n crab for $30. We were so satisfied.

“Lots of room for the money”

We stayed in the three bedroom villa. It was very nice, roomy, and clean. Our only complaint was it seemed like we could hear everything, and there was a bunch of noise in the middle of the night from the people above us, but it was taken care of immediately after a call to the front desk. It's a little ways out from Disney, but I would stay here again because you get much more room for the price.
