“Would certainly recommend this hotel”
We chose this hotel based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and the washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus since we stayed for two weeks. There is a charge for housekeeping during your stay (if you desire housekeeping) but let's face it - you're there for an extended stay, you can pick up after yourself. This hotel made our vacation very comfortable. And the Disney Parks were very easy and quick to get to from here.
“Nice place for the money”
Went in August for our 25th anniversary. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry unit. The bed was uncomfortable, and the ac was loud, but overall it was nice.
“Great for family vacation!”
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and had more space than we knew what to do with. We were there for 7 nights and really enjoyed having the full kitchen and living room to come home to at night and be able to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and the in room laundry was great with the amount of laundry we created everyday with 3 kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so if you had two couples travelling together this unit would work really well. Excellent place and will definately go back if in the Orlando area again.
“An Oasis”
We stayed at this hotel while having our family Disney vacation and it was our rejuvination place that we eagerly returned to each day. The staff were the most courteous, professional and helpful that I've ever experienced. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. We enjoyed and watch birds from the wildlife preserve perch above us. The room was the most spacious that I've ever experienced. Now that we have been home for almost a month, we look back and all say that the thing we miss most is being at the Palisades. We would love to come back.
“Awesome”
Loved every square inch of this place. The rooms were HUGE. The sauna and gym were also added bonuses. I also liked the location. It was just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. Nice to have some down time and peace and quiet after a hectic day at Disney.
“Huge space!”
We had so much room in our suite! Only downside was one patio door had a lock problem. We would go back any time!!
“Would love to go back”
Enjoyed our stay immensely. Our 2 bedroom suite had 3 balconies and was very spacious. Location was out of the way, but still quite close to Disney and many attractions. Publix and Walmart very close by to stock up on food, beverages, and snacks. Very clean! Would not hesitate to return to this resort.
“Great hotel for family visiting”
When I booked the hotel, I thought it was far away from Disney, but actually shows up only about 20 minutes easy drive to Disney World. Also, the room is very spacious and has all the household stuff, even a washing machine. I recommend it for family vacation.
“Highly Recommend!”
Our family of 6 stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo for 10 days and loved having room to spread out. The 2nd bedroom is huge!!! This is the only way to go for an extended stay. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. This is a nice, new hotel and is in a great location to do all the Orlando things. 10 min from Disney.
“FANTASTIC HOTEL”
I agree with what everyone else said, the only thing I would complain about (but I'm not) is that the hotel is located outside of Kissimee (which was fine) but the road that runs outside the hotel gets quite noisy in the mornings, but the hotel was so nice it was worth puttin gup with but if you can put an option down for a room I would ask for a pool view at the rear of the property.
