“Cruise 2011”

The hotel was very nice and clean. The night we were there the shuttle driver was driving us to various stores. He went way above and beyond. My only complaint was the poor lay out of the canteen. The two girls working here very abrupt to the point of being rude. If you are worried about that you can eat in the dining room which i'm sure is fine.

“Not the best area”

The Orlando Airport Marriott is located in a "hotel park" and is fairly close to the airport. However, attraction wise, there's not much to see. If the info desk tells you to check out "Church Street Station" don't do it, there's nothing there to see nor do.

“pillow”

overall the hotel is great, it has a nice view looking out to the lake, it is beautiful. It would be better if there is a choice for the pillows as we can not sleep on the quilt pillows cause they are too flat, so myself and my girls couldn't have a good sleep on them.

“Without Customer Service you Have Nothing”

We checked into the hotel at midnight after a long flight. We got up to our room and discovered right off the bat that the toilet wouldn't flush, so this was a problem before we even arrived. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone right up to fix it. We called down about 45 mins later because we wanted to go to bed. They said they could not find the plunger................Its a pretty big hotel, you would think there would be more than just the one. They came up about half an hour later with keys to a room down the hall, so we just used the bathroom in that room. We weren't moving all of our stuff over because we were tired and just wanted to get some sleep at this point.When we checked out nobody apologized or mentioned it at all. In fact when I got my credit card bill there was a $15.00 charge on it... I assume it was because I only returned one of our keys, but am not really sure. We were only there for a few hours and didn't use any of the water in the room or order room service. All in all we felt like we weren't really a priority.
