Property is unique due to the location and very accesible to restaurants. The property needs some renovations in the rooms. Overall is a good stay. I was there for a work conference.

Overall not a bad stay. Staff were accommodating despite having to check in manually. This is not something they could have predicted but dealt with it fairly well.

What I must say about this property is that not all the staff was as rude as the property manager on duty. I was there for my 15 year old son birthday and we booked two rooms. We enjoyed the resort and asked for a late check out and was told
By the on duty manager that she could give us 1/2 hour more and we could stay at golf course etc … and when she found out someone had given us an extra hour she expressed her displeasure with that granted request by verbalizing such in front of me. She said “I will deal with them, because we have a full day etc” despite what’s going on Madam …. the customer who has booked a very expensive stay at your facility does not want to her that. We did have an Awesome employee with blonde short hair over by the golf courses who was awesome and made up as best as she could for her manager on duty abrupt rudeness. I probably would not book again because of this manager.

The Lazy River was a big hit with our grandson and the main reason we chose this hotel. He also loved the slide and the pool in general. We enjoyed the room and the food as well. It was a great time!

I’m a local and I also have a few short term rentals so we know the industry. Which that being said, Omni is our favorite hotel in Orlando. The pools, the property and the welcoming and hospitable staff warrant comebacks. The rooms are always clean. The gentle up-sell text messages for upgrades like add on nights or later check outs are smart and noninvasive. The all you can eat breakfast at Traverty located downstairs in hotel is fantastic with their delicious options. We come here every weekend for a night or two.

Expedia showed picture with balcony and evidently that’s a different room.

I was on a business trip so I spent very little time at the resort/hotel. The hotel itself was fine. Service was good, restaurants were good (but overpriced), and my stay was comfortable. I would most certainly consider staying here for a pleasure trip in the future, but probably not a business trip.

Always enjoy staying here. Staff is always professional and friendly. One small mishap on getting our cart with our clothes and bags up but other than that a great stay.

The kids loved the pools, slides and hot tub. Lazy river was great too. Pool nice and warm. Beautiful property. The Zen restaurant was great. Room clean and nice quality. We'd definitely come back.

First time back since I was married at the hotel 13 years ago. The resort has expanded and it absolutely beautiful. Kids loved the heated pools(especially wve pool) even though it was chilly and rainy during our stay. The service was great too. Even had water and cookies in our room when we checked in.

I have been staying at the Omni at Championsgate since I was about 10 years old. It is unbelievable that 20 years later this hotel and managed to maintain not only the beauty/cleanliness of the facility and its rooms, but the impeccable customer service. The staff is so kind and helpful. This has remained our only option for lodging when we visit Orlando so big thank you to the Omni for being so consistent and reliable. We love you!

Superb hotel, stayed here many times en-route down to Naples, no hesitation in recommending. Far enough out of Orlando and Kissimmee not to be surrounded by tack and expensive tourist attractions and shops but near enough if that is what you want. Very safe and secure with excellent facilities. The lazy river is great fun and the water is always warm.

This hotel is secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the Walt Disney resort area. The property is spacious and comfortable. There’s a golf course that you could walk around the outer perimeter and enjoy nature. They have kids putt putt, several different pools, including a tidle pool. The dining options are good. The restaurants are excellent.

Everything was wonderful. The only problem we encountered was that there was no exhaust vent in the bathroom that really made the experience unpleasant for obvious reasons…..

There was a huge wedding happening - and unfortunately we were woken up each night at midnight and 13o am from the guests coming back from the wedding- also our hot water was not working properly in our room - and no ICE machine on the 14 th floor was working
