After showing up, there was an unexpected resort fee of an additional $55 per night. One of the restaurants was advertised to be open for dinner buffet- the entire trip it was not open for dinner. One of the pool’s bars was never open. The mo is theatre was not open the entire time. The activities were great- but when our child won - she won 1 jolly rancher (a little skimpy in my opinion- especially considering the resort fee). The AC did not work (but did get fixed when I mentioned it) The other restaurants were either out of food when we tried to order or it was hard to find the person who was supposed to be working. All this considered- the resort fee on top of the nightly cost seems a bit much- I might have different thoughts if all amenities were open and working, but this was not the case.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and kept our reservation here. I was very skeptical and nervous at first. We stayed for 5 nights and here’s my take on the experience: PROS -check in was pretty quick for a Friday night -room was easy to get to and parking was close, every time we left and came back (pretty much every day) -nice size for myself and my 3 kids -water park is fun, diverse, and geared towards the kids (with a little bar for parents ready to relax) -we had the 2 bedroom king suite, which also included a pull out couch (if your kids are anything like mine and need space from each other every other day, this will work perfect) CONS -THE HIDDEN FEES I booked on Expedia and knew there would be an extra resort fee and parking fee, but when I got there, they also taxed those fees and charged a $200 deposit fee on top of all of that. -I wanted to have the room serviced with new towels and sheets one of the days we were there, and they did take out the trash and bring new towels, however the sheets were not changed (they just made the king bed but no new sheets and did not make up the bunks) -you could tell some people were smoking weed in the rooms (it woke me up one night) and I have nothing against marijuana, but when you smoke it in small spaces occupied by others, I think it’s rude and inconsiderate and it stinks. Overall experience was great and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and checked in via text daily.

Water park is great. Location is great. Parking is great. Security is friendly but seemingly unwilling to actually ensure other guests behave. Hotel is grossly unclean. False lashes and poop stained, half used roll of toilet paper greated us when we checked in. The entire hotel is full of partying parents and free running monster kids. The smell of marijuana is strong and everywhere all day. Garbage bags strewn around the hallways all day and house keeping isnt done until the evening while you are trying to rest from a day out. The elevator was not working (we were on the 6th floor of building 7) all the hallways were flooded with rain water 12hrs after a good rain storm. Several loud altercations between adults and a showing of the local sheriffs made it feel like an episode of cops. Upon checkout, the front desk informed me that there was another elevatior 2 buildings over and 1 floor down, as a solution to my complaint of the broken elevator after 2 days and having to carry our baggage down 6 flights of wet stairs. I can only imagine what it would be like during busy seasons

The food at the different vendors weren't good and they were pricey. It is better to eat around town. The only other thing you should know is there is a fee to park your car nightly on their property. Water facilities were fun, just make sure to go in the summer because the water on the slides are super cold lol.

My room was dirty, they wouldn’t give me another one, our towels and linen was stained up and dirty. Our tub was disgusting. The tv in the room with the bunk beds was broken with cords falling out we couldn’t even turn it on. We got locked out of our room not because the key didn’t work but because the latch was out from the inside as if someone had been in there from the attached room next door THAT DID NOT BELONG TO US. Our refrigerator didn’t get cold AT ALL. We had to call for towels 3 times and still didn’t receive any & we had to go down ourselves & still wait 20 mins for more. The elevators were broken, we had to carry our luggage and my 2yr old up and down the stairs mind you we where on the level 5. I was charged 4 days for parking when it should have only been for 3. I had to pay for our children reservation fee of $49 when I shouldn’t have because on their site it says minors free.

They overcharged me and I brought it to their attention and they did not want to address the issue. They billed me taxes and resort fee for 3 days and I was only staying 1. Horrible customer service and bad business practices. Hotel is also very dirty and run down.

Overall stay was great minus our air not working correctly our entire stay. I paid over $790 for 3 day stay and they offered a $40 credit. It was in the 80’S and we had a family of 6. Other than that, I loved our stay outside of no accommodations or repairs on the air!

I didn't like the rooms. They were really small compared to the website. The bathroom was awful, water was everywhere because it was just a shower with a shower curtain. There were no pillows for the pull out. When I called they said they were coming and never came. Definitely did not look, how it was advertised!
