“Ok”

Overall it was fine. The hotel did look a bit cheap but there was no problem anywhere. Again, the room looked a bit cheap but there was nothing wrong with the room. It is very conveniently located since its on international drive and there was the i-ride trolley that took you anywhere on international drive (which can take you to universal studios, orlando's premium outlet etc.) It costs 1.25$ to take it. There's also the 42 bus that you could take from the airport (since there's no shuttle bus to the hotel) it is a long ride but it only cost 2$. So overall, I was satisfied with the hotel but mainly because of its convenient location! Oh and it wasnt that expensive.

“"Would stay there again"”

Hotel staff very nice and pleasent to deal with, got in late at night and we were looked after right away, rooms were clean, cleaning staff did a great job on the towels, it felt like we were staying in a Ritzy place, even the beds were made up nice. Would definitely go back. We had no problems with location as we rented a car to travel to and from. Amazing for the price we paid, was expecting something else, pleasantly surprised, just from reading some of the previous reviews.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Was nervous based on some of the other reviews on this site and others, however was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Public areas were well kept, room was clean and neat, better than some from big chain hotels. Price was reasonable for the good size room. Some odours in the hallway, but fine in the room. Close to attractions and the interstate, nice restaurant attached, great deal on their breakfast buffet. Great service, we asked about the chance of getting a room early and were in almost immediately, fantastic start to our vacation.

“Low low price for a great stay!”

I liked everything about this place--- location, on site restaurant, cleanliness, friendly staff. The only thing that could have been better was the comfort of the beds and maybe the pool temperature but for the excellent price, I have no complaints at all. The buffet breakfast was superb with fresh fruit, pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, pastries, breads and all tasted very good at the price of less than $4.00 for all you can eat! The steak we had at dinner was wonderful and the waiter accomodated our various requests. The hotel is directly across from Wet n Wild water park and also close to lots of souvenir shops all along International Drive. Also, the taxi drivers for this hotel are wonderful.

“Not impressed”

This hotel needs some serious updating. The carpet looked old and there seemed to be a light odour of bug spraying throughout the hotel. (We later discovered in one of the rooms that there was an ant crawling around in the bathroom.) The air conditioning/heater unit was very noisy. The beds were okay. The only positive things about this hotel are: - it's across from Wet 'n' Wild and 5 min. away from Universal Studios - within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, souvenir shops - free internet access in most of their rooms through something called Netpad We were glad that we were only staying two nights at this hotel. Otherwise, we would have changed hotels.

“not a 3 star hotel”

It is not a 3 star hotel. Only 2 star. pretty old, TV is OK though. blanket and sheet not comfortable

“You get what you pay for.”

The hotel (building) is dated. Does not have a currant/modern look to it. The condition of the hotel is rough looking. It appears the up grades to the hotel and the rooms only are taking place as needed. The walls, trim and furniture in the room I was given looked to have been patched up from damage that had happened over the years rather than being properly fixed. The swimming pool is in need of an overhaul. The lounging areas around it are again in rough looking condition. BUT, the facility is with in walking distance of Universal studios theme park and a whole host of other places to have fun at. The staff were very nice and help full. The cost to stay was much less then other near by hotels.

This hotel is over rate by the his web site .The carpets in the hallway are very old and smell.

“Not Impressed and Caution!”

We booked this hotel with the service where they don't tell you the name of the hotel but you pick the stars. We got there and it took 20 minutes for check in and I was the only one in line. We got into our room and the plastic was still on the lamps (complete fire hazard) and the beds were not comfortable at all. Yes everything was renovated, but I don't think they changed the mattresses. When going to sleep, the guests next door were smoking marijuana. It was a super strong smell and it was supposed to be totally non smoking. The attendant at the desk said to deal with in the morning. He indicated that they couldn't do anything about it. It was very nausiating and had a headache for 2 days after this. Not impressed.

“Sad but true”

all of the chairs at the pool were broken, halls were dirty, staff at front desk were so slow it took over 30 min to check in and we had prepaid. Rooms were serviceable. Would tell my frients to run away. Red aunts all over the pool and in the water
