“Mona Lisa”

My only problem was that you had to go outside to walk to the resturant. We had a serere downpour and lightening and could walk just a few feet to get to the lobby. However, the staff was kind enough to bring us an umbrella so we could get there. They should build some covering for those times. Hotel was great.

“excellent stay”

Lots of room-service was punctual. Rates were reasonable (nothing is cheap). Some construction going on south of the hotel but it was not intrusive.

“Loved it”

The room was clean. The furniture and appliances were all new. They provided laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was clean and well kept. Overall I loved the hotel. I would stay there again.

“Deserves its good rating”

We searched on virtually every hotel/condo in the Orlando area and decided on this one. It was quite quiet when we were there so it was great for staff service. The suites were spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful and it was great having the inclusive transfers to the resorts. Two blocks down the road are some standard eateries but the resteraunt in the hotel was really quite acceptable
