Property Amenities
The Marriott's Cypress Harbour offers three outdoor splash pools, spa tub, and pool bar overlooking the 15-acre lake. A boathouse offers bike, boat, and fishing rentals, and supervised activities for children are offered daily at the Bayside Kids Club.
A fitness center has five TVs, four treadmills, three stationary bikes, three stair machines, cross trainer, abdominal board, and individual weights. This Orlando resort also has a spa, a beach with volleyball, barbeque grills, and an outdoor picnic area. Complimentary wireless internet access, business services and a 540 square feet meeting room are also available.

Marriott's Cypress Harbour has 510 guest villas in 16 four-story buildings. Villas are 1,345 square feet, with views of the lake or resort grounds from furnished screened patios or balconies. Master bedrooms have reading chairs, separate showers, and jetted tubs. Villas have second bathrooms and full kitchens with breakfast bars, chairs, dishwashers, refrigerators/freezers, ovens, cookware, and dinnerware for eight. Utility rooms have washers, dryers, and ironing boards. Villas have DVD/VCR combos and three TVs.
Smoking is not permitted inside resort rooms.

The Marketplace - This multipurpose convenience store and deli sells groceries, sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, and Krispy Kreme donuts from early morning till late evening. An outdoor area has tables and chairs.
Pavilion Bar - Open from mid-morning till late evening, this indoor-outdoor bar serves cocktails and snacks.
Pizza Hut - Located next door to the Marketplace, this restaurant serves pizza and ice cream from mid-morning to late evening.
Recreation
The resort offers a wide range of recreational opportunities for guests, including daily supervised children's activities, two children's pools, three playgrounds, three outdoor splash pools, and a boathouse with bike, boat, and fishing rental. Other on-site activities include tennis, bocci ball, shuffleboard, basketball, beach volleyball, pool table, and a life-sized chess set. Hawk's Landing is an 18-hole golf course 4 miles from the resort, and the nine-hole Faldo Golf Institute by Marriott, with a computer and video instructional studio and PGA instructional staff, is 1 mile away.

“would go back in a heartbeat!”
The Villas are spacios and very clean. Sooo much to see and do just there alone. Would schedule time to just relax around the resort next time. We were right next to the arcade, bb courts & activity center, so our older kids were able to come and go with a real sense of safety. Loved the screaned in porches! our 16 mo. old loved the free reign of the villa as well!

“Great Gated Marriott Hotel”
These rooms are HUGE and clean and modern. We were in a 2 bdrm with 5 people. The master bedroom is enormous. The 2nd bedroom (all 3 kids slept there)has a queen and a pullout. Very large living room with wrap around couch. Screened porch. LAUNDRY in the unit. They have a market shop for goods, bagels, muffins, ice cream, souveniers, toiletries etc. and an outside food counter with pizza hut etc. This is right across the street from Sea world and about 10 minutes from MK. We had a car which is I think a must. When we were there, the weather got cold and we were gone all day at the parks so I can't rate the pools but I saw a lot of people playing bball, little foot pedal boats and people going to the pool. They also gave us the weekly activity schedule at the hotel for kids which looked like a lot of good things. This hotel is set up sort of motel style where you check in at the front and drive to your unit and park. The whole hotel is pretty expansive, so you may want to ask them about where your unit is and decide what is important to you.
“Wow - tons of space!”
We may gather a whole group to go stay. I went with one friend, but there were sleeper couches and so much space. Next time will be a road trip for a group of friends!
“Very Nice Complex”
My wife and seven year old daughter were all very pleasantly surprised at how nice this complex was. The room and amenities are very comfortable and well maintained and the staff are all very friendly. A great place for kids, close to Disney, SeaWorld is literally a short distance down the road, this is a great place to stay.
“Can't wait to go back”
My stay at the Marriot was truly a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The little grocery or min market place (in the mmain lobby) prices were outrageously expensive - don't do your shopping there. We got a lot more than expected ~ great place for a family vacation.

“Wonderful place to stay”
If you are going to spend any length of time in Orlando- even a few nights - this is a wonderful place to stay. Guard and gated for security. The villas are nicely arranged and decorated. A large living area, nicely stocked kitchen (if you want to cook) and the two bedrooms and baths are separated which was nice for some privacy. The screened patio was a nice place to sit for morning coffee watching the wildlife on the property. So relaxing. Minutes to all the attractions. Would much rather stay here than a "one room" hotel.
“Excellent family suite”
Excellent two bedroom suite at a reasonable price. Good location near Seaworld and other attractions.
“An All Inclusive Resort!”
We had many, many choices for where we could stay for our Orlando vacation. This was a random choice, but a very, very good one. There were many activities for us on the resort and its location was very convenient for all of the local activities that we participated in. I would highly recommend this resort.
