Magical Memories Villas have master suites and private bedrooms, at least two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and washers and dryers. Bedding varies; each villa has one king or one queen bed and at least two twin beds. All bedding and linens are included.

Magical Memories Villas central check-in location and guest service center is just east of the Walt Disney World® Resort area. Office hours are 8 AM - 8 PM daily (may vary according to season). Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in information.
Cleaning fees apply at check-in for stays of 2 nights or fewer. Fees start at $65 per stay and vary by size and type of vacation home.

“Very pleased!”

My one complaint, would be the registration office. It is in an old run down building shared with a Chinese restaurant (As if they are affiliated). It is difficult to find. When you walk in, it smells terrible. The ceiling is falling in and everything looks dirty. The staff is nice enough but are all dressed VERY casually. Not your typical Florida casual. They looked as run down as the office. The property was wonderful but when checking-in, I didn't have a good feeling. I was pleasantly surprised.

“Excellent Accommodation, Great Holiday.”

We were very impressed with the Magical Memories Villas, we wanted a 3 bedroom villa for our stay but when we arrived they had allocated a 4 bedroom with 3 bathrooms. It was wonderful having a bathroom for each bedroom. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. Being English we needed a cup of tea but there was only a coffee maker, my husband went to the Magical Memories offices and they were very helpful, finding a Kettle for us straight away. The Villas were about a 10/15 min drive from Disney with plenty of shopping and eating facilities nearby.

“excellent value for money”

We were very pleased with our 3 bedroom villa, very well decorated, clean and lots of towels, all the appliances worked well - loved the huge washing machine and fridge! We also booked a 2bed villa for our friends on the same complex, and whilst their villa was clean and had everything they needed it was more at a basic level(although they had all the same applicances as ours)I guess its luck of the draw, however they loved it so thats all that matters. The pool on the site was warm although not very big, but we spent such little time there it really did not matter. Would go again without hesitation - our three children loved it. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful and the villa was in a superb position for all the parks, 3 mins to a walmart, 1 min for petrol etc.

“We always stay here”

We have been to Orlando and WDW many times and after staying in various other sites we now always choose Magical Memories Villas. They are close to WDW and give us a quiet place to go to after a hectic day at the parks. It is also nice to have a full kitchen and we eat breakfast there - as we all know eating in the parks can get expensive.They have grocery stores and Walmarts nearby for all you needs - you need to bring your own shampoo.

“Excellent Place to stay”

Staying here made the trip for us! We could come back and relax, swim, and sleep without driving each other crazy. So much room that I believe the square footage was more than my main level of my home. The only reason that I gave it a 4 on condition was because we did have a small problem with ants, but that's florida for ya.

“Highly recommend the Encantada Resort at Magical Memories Villas”

You just can't beat the accomodations and the price was excellent. I've never stayed anywhere where each unit has it's own private pool. This was pure luxury. Awesome for anyone and especially families.
