Grandes chambres avec chacune une salle de bain complète (douche). Beaucoup d’espace de rangement et cuisine complète avec lave vaisselle et grand frigo. Très propre! Épicerie à proximité (environ 10 minutes) et à 15 minutes des parcs de Disney. Site tranquille et calme. Mur bien isolé.

Bien mais...
Maison très spacieuse et bien équipée. Il manque quelques affaires comme les mouchoirs dans les salles de bains, une serpillière pour nettoyer l’entrée quand il pleut et que l’on entre avec les chaussures et des sacs poubelles de réserve dans la cuisine. Au Check-out, le prix du menage final était erroné (plus élevé qu’a l’arrivee). Toutefois, ils ont l’ont bien corrigé après (à USD 100 au lieu de USD 150). Enfin, l’etablissement nous a facturé la location d’un lit bébé pour notre fils (USD 50+taxes) pour 3 nuits alors que dans la majorité des autres hôtels, c’est gratuit! Hormis cela, notre séjour a été très agréable et l’emplacement est proche des parcs d’attraction.

Thank you for your review Bastien. We appreciate the feedback regarding the tissues and mop and we will bring those ideas to our HOA staff. We do offer pack and plays complimentary, however since you required a crib it was rented through a vendor that charges for that item. We are glad to hear that you did enjoy your stay, and hope that you are able to visit us again in the future.

This was our second visit. Very happy overall. The unit this visit was not a well equipped kitchen. There was not even pot holders! No spatula or knives that could cut vegetables. I usually plan to cook several meals when away, and it was a bit difficult.

Overall the property was fine. There were area of mold/mildew around the vents. Therefore, I cannot be sure about the air quality. There were added fees and there needs to be basic condiments (salt, pepper) as well as extra towels/washcloths. There was only one towel and one washcloth per guest.

Enjoyable stay
We love staying at this property. This is the first time we booked a three bedroom instead of a four bedroom. The three bedroom had three stories which was a little too stairs for this 70 year old to climb but next time I will book the 4 bedroom which is only two stories. The only other thing I that I do not like is that they do not provide coffee filters for the coffee maker or essentials like salt and pepper.

Magic Village Yards!
It's always an amazing time styaing at the Magic Village Yards inb Kissimme. First off it's right next to Disney (literally one street away). Secondly, the actual units themselves are beautiful and spacious. The three story units even have an elevator to help with luggale and the little ones! Lol Overall great stay and would certainly recommend anyone travelling to the Disney to stay at the Magic Village Yards!

Amazing property conviniently located in Kissimee. My condo was luxurious and there were more flat screen smart tvs than people staying in the unit lol... Very clean, exceptionally well furnished, huge bbq and patio set ...
