Loved everything about this stay, furniture a little outdated but everything makes up for it. Very spacious and private. Great for families overall recommend,cant wait to book again!

Carpet very dirty, bathroom dirty with moho everything is old and the house smell realy bad. The beds are old and smell bad. Please don't lose you money to stay there. You can't use the A/C lower than 72 so the house is hot. The pool don't has heating so you cant use because is very cooling.

Overall, the place was nice.I didn't like the fact that your pool was not heated.You have to pay thirty dollars a day just for a heated pool which is combined with the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi water goes into the pool and that's how the pool is heated up. Plus the jacuzzi jets do not work right. Next, the house is hot as hail. They say leave the windows and doors closed and the house will stay cool. That's a negative. The house cooled off in the morning to as low as about 76°-78 and then come the evening time. It's hotter than hell in there as far as 81-86°. With all the windows close and the air running the air does not work properly and i just wish they had sum fans that we could of used it probably would have helped a little.Other than that, that's everything it was fine. I would go back....

A little dated but very clean and comfortable. Loved the private pool (not heated). Close to walmart, grocery store and many dining out options. Lots of golf courses in the area.

I loved how spacious and clean the house was. It had all the necessary appliances and house needs. the lake on the back made the view very peaceful and relaxing. I know the furniture is outdated, but it was clean and functional. the house was spotless.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon and called the contact # (which is in England) to have the pool heated. We were informed they would send someone out that evening but it takes a good 12 hours to heat so wouldn't be ready until the next day. Saturday morning we check the pool, and it is as cold as it was the day before. We noticed a paper note slid in the front door - local rep let us know the pool heater was just turned on that morning, so wouldn't be ready for another 12 hours. We left for the day sightseeing and got back early evening. The temp in the house was 76F and rising. I called England - no answer. I called the local rep's number and it was disconnected. We had to book other accommodations for the night. The outside of the home looked nice; inside was another story: carpet so dirty you wouldn't want to go barefoot; "toiletries" means 1 roll of tp per bathroom and 1 pump bottle of hand soap. Signs in the kitchen ask you to clean up after yourself, but the only soap is again a small bottle of hand soap and a sponge/scrubby. We bought supplies to compensate. Sunday late morning I was able to reach England and they told me they would contact their local person to look into the AC not working. I received a call later that day stating her husband flipped a breaker and they would have AC repair out Monday evening. At that point we sent a detailed email to Laguna Villas contact and let them know we were leaving and expected a full refund. To their credit, they did refund us

This property is in desperate need of a refurbishment and deep clean, however I sort of expected this from the reviews. It was spacious and in a good area and at a good price. With some TLC I would stay again.

Please read if your hesitant, I DO NOT recommend this place, the carpet is disgusting and there is mold!! Ants and roaches are a problem as well and you do get a pool if you book the right house but they will try their best not to heat it. I will NEVER stay at this place ever again. The beds have multiple sheets and they just take one off after each guest, the smell is proof.

The villa offered a great space for four adults in a good location for the main attractions (ie.theme parks etc..) The amenities were good two bathrooms, full kitchen and off road parking. The property needs some general maintenance and modernising. It would benefit from a deep clean in between guests/stays.

Great area, very close to everything & easy to get in and out. Home was bigger than we anticipated. Home was relatively clean, but could use an update. The mattresses are very cheap & awful to sleep on.. even our kids were complaining. We did not have hot water running through the showers at all during our 4 night stay. Home was equipped with everything you need to make meals in the kitchen, but There was no dish detergent to wash the dishes with. Besides the two rolls of toilet paper that were currently in the holder.. there was NO MORE!!! Absolutely unbelievable…. We were stuck with no toilet paper. The pool is very foggy and you can not see the bottom. It is fair to say we were not impressed at all with this stay.

I have never left a review on a property before but I need to express how extremely filthy the carpet is on this house. This is not an exaggeration, the carpet is so dirty that I was afraid to walk on it barefoot. There was old furniture that also looked dirty. The kitchen and bathroom were oudated and in need of repairs but the carpet was the worst. We have a rental property and I've never seen a carpet so dirty and disgusting. I sent them a message asking for an after hours phone # in case of emergency and never received a response, so I'm not wasting my time trying to complain to file a complaint. I'm sure they know what their own property looks like and they obviously don't care.

The property is well located but need attention, the microwave didn't work, need new mattresses. In two occasions people came to the property and told me that were booked for the same week. The complex is quite, after all wasn't a bad stay, but like I said need attention.

I was completely comfortable with this rental the only issues I had were some maintenance is needed The toilets didn’t flush properly from the beginning then when leaving one backed up without even using The pool was dirty on arrival (which was resolved) Just some minor maintenance would make this the PERFECT place..

Paid for heated pool and wasn’t heated til check out, Storage of multiple picture frames were under bed, Mattresses stained, bedding was full of previous guest, trash was over half full before we even got to put our trash in, called them everyday except one because we were gone the entire day with issues and they were always in a rush to get off the phone, pool was half full one of the days, random trash under beds, loose dogs in neighborhood, police arrest super early in the morning at like 3am waking everyone, close to Disney, cheap, roomy, left over items from previous guest at and in pool area, dishes unclean, tissue ran out first day, folks you talk to for communication is in the UK, tvs had no channels but like two, table in living room was half broke look like if you blew on it it would fall, no wash cloths, two trash bags for the entire stay, trash can was laying on the shelf in the pantry like it was a loaf of bread, washing machine, dryer, vacuum, broom, Walmart close by, needed those to clean up the place since we were told cleaner will come in the morning and never did, garage door had to be manually opened, blinds tore all up and folks can easily see inside, shower had a dirty, unclean, stank smell, WiFi didn’t work well at all super slow, didn’t refund heated pool money like they said only one day, very dated, dishonest, you get what you pay for, sent to wrong address and wouldn’t have known until I called them, lizards everywhere, rude, carpet stained and dirty

We had a wonderful time here. The pool area was clean and plenty of sitting area. The home had everything we needed. We had a quiet relaxing vaca. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for the money.
The home was relatively clean. Beds were comfortable. Some of the window shade slats were broken or missing, pillows needed replaced (flat) but there were plenty of them to stack. Grout and caulking needed to be bleached. I do wish the listing had specified that renters were responsible for providing tp beyond a minimal amount in the home. One bathroom ran out on Christmas and we were unprepared. It was too cold to use the pool, but the area looked well kept. There was ample parking for 3-4 vehicles. The exterior of the home was well kept and the neighborhood looked decent. Overall it was a great value and I would absolutely rent again.

I personally believe that my whole stay should be refunded. The house was dirty and had roaches. The furniture smelled and was black from use. The internet would not even stream anything, actually slowed my phone down on WiFi. All the towels were in the dryer, so had to fold and put away. The carpet in the bedroom’s had black wear paths. The roof was missing multiple shingles which were in the yard. Absolutely terrible stay. We left Tuesday because I couldn’t do it for another day.
