“Great stay”
Location was convenient to airport, and you didn't hear jet traffic 24/7. The continental breakfast was the La Quinta norm but the Hostess really took care of me. I was actually late getting down there and assumed I may find a banana. She pulled everything back out, belgian waffle and all! She did not have to do that, but did.
“Only 1 minor thing...”
I will always use LaQuinta Inn! First of all, they have never given me any problems about having a service animal. (Yes, there are some out there that do give problems.) Second, the rooms are always comfortable for us. They have always had a micro/fridg in the room for me so that my insulin can stay cold. We did have 1 little annoying thing this visit that was fixed. The smoke detector kept beeping when we would take a hot shower. (Only then and not all the time.) The person at the front desk offered to move us to another room. (We chose not to move rooms, as we were already situated in this room.) The next day someone fixed (actually replaced) it. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it another day.
“Great Value and Great Stay”
The quality of the hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price we paid. We were looking for a mid-range hotel and got that plus some. The hotel was centrally located to activities, shopping and eating. We will definately stay there again on our next visit.

i would stay again, this hotel was very clean and close to everything.. the internet did not work and we really needed it but besides that would def stay again and recommend it to other travelers:)
“GREAT PLACE FOR A GREAT PRICE!”
I went down there from October 27-28th and it was a great place to stay! The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and it even smell clean! There was a little coffee maker, iron, and hair dryer in there. There was a continental breakfast and you get 10% off at Perkins, the restaurant down the lot. Around 11 A.M. housekeeping called to check up on us to see if we needed anything. The clerks were nice and I was very satisfied. For such a low price, it was a nice place to stay!
“Clean, Well maintained, good value”
Went to see a space shuttle launch, and stayed here for five nights. Hotel was clean and well maintained. They were pressure washing the floor when we checked in and also did some painting during our stay. We were driving to Cape Canaveral for the launch, but also planned on visiting Disney World, and this location is a good compromise, and at easy access to the freeways (528 and 254). However, beware accidentally getting on 254 toll road when exiting 528 westbound (stay left to go to the hotel). We got on 254 and there were no exits and many toll booths for a LONG way.... Florida Mall and many restaurants is a five minute drive away. We didn't have any noise issues during our stay like other reviews. It's at a convenient compromise location if you are going to go to Kennedy and the amusement parks. A good value for the price.
“Very good quality, especially for the money”
The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms and common spaces were clean and well-kept. The bed and other amenities were comfortable and clean. The thermostat kept the room at the desired temperature. The toiletries provided were of good quality. I would recommend this motel for travelers to the area.

“Great Hotel for the money”
The Hotel was very clean and our room was very nice. Very surprising, considering the price. Also, the free internet and breakfast.
“Comfortable Hotel”
I enjoyed my stay at the Quinta because of the comfort, cleanliness, and the perks they offer with my stay. For example I had free wireless service, free cable including HBO and coffee maker with all the trimmings. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in that area.
