Nice stay

Pros: We liked that they had planned activities by the pool but could never make it to the 8am alligator show to early.
Cons: had a hard time finding the ice machine its not on your map.
Location: easy to find.
it was a great experience. we enjoyed your stay. just need to add the ice machine on your map. Kids enjoyed to pool and all the activities pool side.

Don't waste your money!

Looking at the pictures I thought it was going to be a great place to stay. We had a room on the 14th floor with a view. My view was the interstate, not what I would consider a view! The furniture looked like it came from a thrift store, very old and out dated. There weren't any blankets on the bed and the bed was hard as a rock. The roof obviously had major leaks by the looks of the poorly painted ceiling. The toilet ran constantly. When going down stairs there was a group of people sitting in the lobby drinking beer, their own store bought beer with beer cans all around them. Not a good impression for children! For the amount of money spent, we thought we would of had a better experience. Don't waste your money!

After the hotel staff didn't switch our rooms after feeling uncomfortable on the 9th floor... I was a little unpleased with my stay. The room was clean, bathroom was very very outdated. The bottom of the bathtub had rust in it and being 5'4 I had to bend down for the shower head... The housekeeping and staff was very nice and professional. But we went swimming at night and they had no clean towels available. we asked for some and no one brought any. I most likely wouldn't return to this hotel.

Because we were sold out, unfortunately there was not another room available at the time of your stay. I am pleased your room was clean and thank you for reporting the rust in the tub. I will make certain this is placed on the engineering's check list as an item to be addressed in each room. We have ordered additional pool towels but I apologize again for no one responding to your request and will be addressing this internally.' Please know we are constantly working on improvements for the resort and it is our goal to ensure each of our guest have an excellent stay moving forward.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly never a dull moment. The only thing I had a bad experience with is the hotel has 700+ rooms and three elevators but only one worked, we waited sometimes 15min to get to our room or we had to take the steps 10 flights up.

Could be better

The hotel itself was nice, pool area resturant and the main entrance. Now when you get to the rooms it was absolutely horrible!! I am not much of a complainer so I bit my tongue and dealt with it for the one night I stayed but I should of got my money back and just went somewhere else!! The room smelt dirty, the toilet was leaking all over bathroom, the light would turn on and off when you don't even touch them. Plus they gave us a handicap room so the toilet was leaking right into the shower! Disgusting!! The fan and light over toilet was not working just a complete waste of money !! I will never go back and would not recommend it!!!

Not worth the price

2 of the 3 elevators were broken so waiting for the elevator was no less than 5 minutes for the 2 days I was there. The air conditioning kept turning on and off every couple minutes and was very noisy. The staff for the most part were friendly but it seemed like an inconvenience when you asked for something. I left the class I was attending @ 2:30 ish to check in and was told that I would have to come back after 4:30 because they weren't ready. They never mentioned the issue with the elevator then or when I came back a second time and requested to be in that tower since the conference room was there also. There we leak issues in the conference room and one of the nearest restrooms remained out of order the whole weekend which we found out each time a visit was made (it was not a pleasant sight) they would clean the bathroom but never put a sign up that the toilet was broken.

I have informed engineering of the problems you mentioned and for the fact the front desk staff did not tell you about the elevators. We are doing some serious re-training for the all of our staff and I will be sharing your comments with us. I apoloize again.

Don't stay here!

Room was dirty and they didn't clean my room. The hotel manager Marie was horrible. I told her they did not clean my room the house keeper said she forgot to clean my room. I asked Marie if I could have a towel to take a shower after being on hold and waiting for her for two hours she didn't want to be bothered so I checked out... Don't stay here...

Our Director of Housekeeping is also addressing your room not being cleaned. We are trying our best to improve our services and obviously we failed you and for that I apologize again.

nice hotel very close to universal studio

Pros: the pool is awesome,the rooms were neat, and the cleaning staff seemed to know exactly what was needed.all of our needs were cheerfully met.
Cons: the only thing which would have made this better , is better communication between the hotel and expedia on the real price per night of your reservat
Location: location is great everything is within walking distance places to eat, entertainment , universal studio is honestly 5 minutes away.
I thought the hotel was very good ,good price,but was a bit surprised when the price I paid was about 140.00 more than my reservation total for the room I paid a deposit for.the pool is all that and more,the shuttle service provided by the hotel which is run by town and country shuttle and taxi service was great, their staff was very friendly and courteous,I used their service the whole time and left my rental car parked at the hotel.
