“excellent choice”

It was great. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool.. Sorry the restaurant closed too early too. Very satisfied with our stay.

“In the heart of the action, close to Universal, fun and shopping”

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised at how large our double rooms was We were in the tower building and the room was about 20' by 12'. It had two sets of drawers, a microwave, bar fridge, desk & chair, table & chair and still lots of room to walk around. In the morning it took some time to get the hot water flowing but it wasn't a big deal. On our first day I found the iron wouldn't work and the ironing board had a broken leg. On our way out to dinner I stopped in the lobby and let them know about it. By the time we got back that evening we had a brand new iron and ironing board in the room. The location of this hotel was the main reason I booked it. I read other reviews and most were good and for 3 star I think it was excellent. We had a rental car but were able to walk to lots of things. International drive has a large variety of of shops, restaurants and fun activities all right there. The Gator Mini Golf was especially fun (real gators!). The hotel shuttle to Universal was easy to use and beats paying $15 to park. There is a rep from Universal in the lobby daily and he was very helpful getting us organized with Express passes and shuttle tickets. A short drive away there are two Outlet Malls and the Mall at the Millenia with a Super Target also. The hotel was very clean and the pool was very nice too. I would highly recomend this hotel.

“Terrific!”

Our stay was so wonderful! Nice room, it was clean and quite comfortable. Nice to relax by the pool after a long day at the parks. Amid was amazing! So glad I got to meet him. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, right on International Drive. Close to a lot of shops and great places to eat. Minutes away from Universal and Sea World. Would definately stay again.

“My only Choice In Orlando!”

THIS PLACE WAS GREAT. our first appearance was it looked a little run down on the outside, but everything was great. When we first got into our room, our blow dryer and phone were not working. They offered to change our room, but since we had already started unpacking, we just opted to have someone fix it. After that everything went swimingly. The pool are was by far the best, with the waterfall and the hot tub, it was amazing! You could also have lunch right by the pool. The rooms were well air conditioned, lots to watch on tv, and the beds were so comfortable, we missed one of our shuttles to the parks. It is so close to everything on I -drive, and we walked to Universal studios, Islands of adventure and City walk. Its a nice walk (horrible on one of those hot days) but no more than 20 minutes. I plan to come back to Florida and will be staying here no questions asked. I've already referred friends and family. And thank you to the staff you guys were simply amazing.

“6 days of poor weather”

We stayed in Building D which had been recently renovated. The elevators were obviously not included in the renovation. We are night people and having the cleaning staff banging on your door at 8:15 AM was not the best.The $7.99 facilities charge is not very ethical.

“Will come Back”

Very happy with this hotel .....especially staying in the tower on the 14th floor.....great view......and the pool was very nice. The elevators and the carpets needed updating but overall a very good experience.

“Good value for the money.”

Our stay at International Palms Resort was enjoyable, The room was clean and comfortable. The clean staff did a good job daily. The towels, coffee, etc. were replenished daily. The room was equipped with a fridge and microwave. They came in handy to keep pop and beer that we purchased at the local convenience stores. We also went shopping one day at Walmart and bought yogurt, popcorn, fruit, veggies, etc. to help keep the cost down and have some healthy snacks. The front desk staff were friendly and obliging. We stayed in a room on the ground floor in Bldg. B facing the pool. It was really convenient for us. The pool was nice and clean and so was the hot tub. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It was good value for the money. I would stay there again.

“Star Wars VI at Orlando Florida”

We enjoyed our stay at International Palm Resorts and Convention Hotel. The location is great. Close to almost everything, shops, restaurants,transportation, Universal Studio, Disney World, Wet and Wild etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can find other outside services offered at the main lobby, rent a car, amusement park tickets, taxi for your convenience. Lots of other amusement park ticket sellers can be found along the long strip of International Drive Blvd. We will certainly come back to stay at this hotel on my next trip to Orlando.

“A good experience”

Our first problem was that the toilet wouldn't flush properly. As soon as we informed the staff it was immediately repaired. On the coldest day we were there the heating system wouldn't work. Again, we called and an electrician was there to repair it in less than 15 minutes.
