This place was great. Customer service was top notch! And the kitchen/eating area was pretty neat. I loved the convenience of ordering at a kiosk and getting my food. Super cool!

Hotel was nice, clean, and the contental breakfast was good lots of variety. There are many resturants near by to eat at and the staff was very accomidating with complementry shuttle service because we did not have a car. Also the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation for the rest of our stay.

The service at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The free airport pickup was prompt and reliable, the staff inside the hotel were always courteous and helpful, and they they stored our baggage for over three months as we traveled to different places but returned to Orlando. Three separate stays over three months - all were outstanding. Kids loved the large TV in the room, beds were very comfortable, kitchen accommodated special requests for vegetarian sandwiches.

Check-in was a breeze. I was greeted by the staff and given a walking tour of the amenities offered by the hotel before entering my room. The room was clean and well thought out as if I were at home. I would definitely use this.hotel again.

Hotel appears recently updated. Love the room decor. Clean. Excellent service; pleasant staff. Wish my stay had been longer. Good bang for the buck. the location was also a plus; very convenient to airport and eating, as well as Florida Mall. THE continental breakfast was a plus, but could be improved with hot offerings.
