The room smell like mold and smoke.. Floors were wet , no towels were giving at pool , house keeping only clean one side of the room ...

our room was very noisy due to the location in the front of the hotel – we asked to move, they refused even though they were not booked. They cut off breakfast early, and basically ran out by turning the lights off.

$50 deposit for a $3.94 service charge?

Pros: good location
Cons: better customer service at check in, clearer articulation of the inane policies, computers that work
Location: good location, and convenient shuttles to the parks
We arrived after a harrowing day of traveling and flight delays, and were told that we needed to pay a service charge of $3.94. Why that wasn't part of what I paid Expedia was not explained. If I wanted to pay it in cash, I would have to leave a $50 deposit (again, for <$4), which didn't make sense and wasn't explained properly. Upon presenting my credit card, the computer froze, the staff was clueless, etc, etc,, such that it took over a 1/2 hour to check in (for <$4). When I asked if I could just pay it at check out, I was again told that it HAS to be paid upfront, ideally with credit card, or with cash (and the inane $50 deposit along with that)

Last minute booking

I booked this hotel last minute because my options were very limited for a same day booking. I hoped for better results than the review rating but unfortunately would have to agree with the majority. We got 2 double beds and when we pulled back the comforter could see neither of the beds had their sheets changed. I thought maybe sheets were just stained but could see where someone had put their dirty feet towards the foot of the bed. The sole front desk person was very courteous and provided us another room which he promised would have been cleaned. The continental breakfast was o.k, but a bit scarce since we arrived half hour before it was over. I would never book with Howard Johnsons again.

Location: Scared to go out. Didn't like surroundings
The check in was fast enough but they wanted me to leave a extra $50.00 at the desk if I was paying hotel fee of $3 and change, so had to use charge card. The roome door was in bad condition which left me insecure. TV kept going out, WiFi went out soon after checking in. The bed was comfortable and clean slept well. Breakfast was lacking.

Correct si vous avez besoin de dormir après vos visites des parcs. Navette pour Disney à 8h30 et retour 21h30. Déjeuner vraiment moche. À éviter! Près de restos sur le boulevard International drive. Approx. 38$ en taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport.

hôtel agréable bien situé petit déjeuner a coté de nombreux restaurants et snacks pas loin des parcs d'attractions un parking ,piscine et une navette qui vous conduis gratuitement a Disney ou a Universal studio personnel accueillant et serviable.

Ok hotel

Pros: The convenience to Universal Studios
Cons: The breakfast diversity could be improved and a better shuttle service.
Location: There are restaurants nearby and Universal Studios is maybe 2 miles away
I stayed there 4 nights, mainly because they had free shuttle service to Disney and Universal Studios. Housekeeping for some reason would not replace washrags, after being given only 1 after 3 nights I had to call the front desk to more. Be warned if you are wanting to use the free shuttle to Universal Studios, you will not be dropped off until close to 11am (park opens at 9am). I ended up taking a taxi the second day to get to the park, so I could get there when it opened. I had put in a request to the front desk for the taxi the night before, but they cancelled it for some reason and the taxi had to be re-called. The Disney shuttle was 50 minutes late picking us up. The hotel uses a third party service for the shuttles, that company did not seem to care about the timeliness of their pick up and drop offs. The free breakfast in the morning is very minimal: 2 cereals, toast, sometimes a pastry, and some mornings a fruit.
