“Excellent hotel stay”

We were very satisfied with the suite assigned to us at Homewood Suites in Lake Mary. The rooms were small, but comfortable. Surprisingly, the sofa bed was not bad at all, I slept on it for four nights and honestly, I did not even miss my pillowtop mattress. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, lots of restaurants and stores around, the hotel employees were friendly and very helpful. No complaints at all!

This hotel is a perfect choice if you are traveling with your family. The service was excellent and the value proposition of the brand is second to none. I do not regret choosing this hotel for my stay in Lake Mary. In fact, I plan on staying there again.

Stayed a week (5/21-5/28/2011 Rm. 414) Read a few negative reviews prior to booking, but I liked the location so figured I'd take my chances. From Arrival to check out this hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service from all of the staff too. Some reviews said rooms were moldy and dirty especially the bathrooms. I found the opposite to be true. interior and Exterior of hotel were clean and tidy. My room was fresh and clean especially the bathroom and believe me, I am very picky about that. The lady who cleaned my room everyday was very fast and thorough. I tend to take a lot of showers when Im in and out in the Florida sun and I always had fresh shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels. The bed was soft and comfortable with tons of pillows. Very roomy even for a suite. Sofa and chair were clean and comfortable to sit on. Breakfast was very good, usual buffet fair scrambled eggs, yogurt, muffins, cold and hot cereal etc. basically what you expect. They also have a dinner time buffet M- Th too. I ate the dinner twice and it wasn't bad, kind of like tv dinner fare, but if you don't feel like going out, this fits the bill. To the reviewers who complain about the variety of foods...come on? Really? If you don't like the food there are PLENTY of restaurants , both fast food and sit down nearby, so fi you're that much of a food snob go out and eat and quit complaining about the options at the FREE buffet! This will be my hotel whenever I am in town

Homewood is a very attractive site with helpful staff. Guests were polite and friendly, too. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights. The separate rooms in the suites were perfect for our group - and the bathroom being in the bedroom is very convenient actually. There is a full kitchen - with cooking stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Breakfast is plenty with a full feast - however, closed down immediately at 9am and actually should be made available until 10am. The location is near the highway and yet convenient for daily activities in Lake Mary and Sanford. Very nice pool with late swimming hours and exercise room availability was very much appreciated after a long work day. And a nice business center with computers, printers, and Internet access Also, fellow business associates were staying at this same location, along with some right next door at nearby hotels - which was very useful for good communications, dinners together, and private meetings. And there is a decent resturant nearby. Be sure to have a good detailed map - on our very first attempt to find the hotel we searched and got lost, it is further off the main road than anticipated - which is actually better (once you find the place).

Very appropriate for a family. Ample space. They even have flat panel TVs in both areas of the room. I'll definitely stay there again.

Room comfort contributes to sleep quality. Love the pillows. Air conditioner is a bit noisy, so has tendency to interrupt sleep, so just turned temp up and fan on to keep it from running. Breakfast has great selection and free dinner & drinks work for me. Stay there regularly. Everyone is friendly and become part of the family for repeat lodgers

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay”

I stayed one night at the Homewood Suites hotel. The suite was very neat and clean and the free Internet was a definite plus. The bed was so very comfortable and the room was quiet and peaceful. I expected nothing less from a Hilton hotel and I was not disappointed. I was very, very pleased and would definitely stay here again.
