“Very happy with everything”
This is the second Homestead Suites I've stayed at in the past 2 months and I have been extremely satisfied with both.
“Will definitely stay again!”
I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location. It was extremely close to a conference site i needed to attend. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and unobtrusive the staff was. My room was in great condition and SUPER comfortable. I was in a standard suite that had all the comforts of home including a coffee maker and microwave. I was also surprised to discover that the hotel was extremely close to some great restaurants and bars. There were the standard places to eat like Chili's, Longhorn Steakhouse etc. but also a fantastic Indian restaurant named Memories of India II for the more adventurous. I was also happy to find a more than above average local pub named Kate O'Brien's only 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is surrounded by lots of trees and beautiful landscaping, giving it a very peaceful and residential feel even though its only a block off of a main road and major highway. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I was so impressed with my stay and service that checked out their other locations in Florida and plan on using this chain again when I travel to Miami this summer.

“Comfortable hotel in beautiful location”
Homestead Orlando at Lake Mary provided us with an efficiency so we were able to cut down on expenses and make our own food in our kitchenette. They also had a continental breakfast and continuous coffee. The pool is a nice size if the weather is nice, and ample chairs are provided to enjoy this moment of relaxation.

Hotel was a bargin. The rooms are all extended stay suites so you have a living room and kitchenete as well as a bed room. The hotel was very clean. The people were very nice. My only complaints were the beds were small - queen size and a little hard. But for the price, I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was clean. I liked the seperation between the bedroom, bathroom and living room in my suite. Having a fridge allowed me to stock up on items the hotel did not carry.
“It was worth it, for the most part....”
For the most part, everything was fine. The location was excellent for all the fun stuff in Orlando. The hotel itself was a little old. The outside was beautiful, but they have not updated the inside. It was clean, but everything looked like it needed a good scrub down with a soapy washcloth inside the hotel (walls, doors, elevator, etc...). The rooms were large; and the beds, while harder than I expected, were pretty comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. For the price, I don't think you'll find much better. Oh but there was no ice machine which was pretty annoying. And you have to pay for Internet (I complained because it didn't list a price on the website and they waived the fee).
