“Great experience!”
This was an extremely clean condo. Our condo was freshly painted and in great condition. It was in the perfect spot for ones visiting Disney. We had a small problem with the refrigerator dripping and they had a problem getting to us to fix it. It was a holiday week.
“Impressive experience”
I stayed two nights there Jan 4-5. The vila has full equipment and furniture, and also they are clean. When you go to a grocery store, use Publix, which is near the office. Other stores are really expensive. The only problem is small pool/hot spa. They are not big enough for everyone. I would like to recommend this vila though.
“Close to Disney World”
After checking into other hotels in the area, we found the Holiday Villas Walt Disney for the same price, and are so glad we did. It was 2 bedroom/2 full bath w/ a stocked kitchen that opened onto dining & living areas. We would have gotten half of that in a regular hotel. We have a 4 yr old & a 7 month old, so the extra bedroom was ideal. They have several locations in the area, we stayed at Laguna Bay. It is basically an apartment complex, but other than a flight of stairs to walk up, very nice. We didn't check out much else about the location, but the pool was constantly in use. They gave us a thick packet of info/coupons for various attractions in the area at check-in. Also a pass for a shuttle to/from Disney, or you can take a shortcut to Disney for a $0.75 toll, (Laguna Bay). Not many frills, but very good value for the amount of room you get that close to WDW. Overall, I highly recommend it for familiy trips to Disney.

Room clean, comfortable and close to attractions.
“Nice Place”
This is a great deal and good place to stay. The negative is that you don't have many times to go back and forth to Disney World. That was very inconvient.
“Good Price-Warm Pool!”
We were in the older section but for such a reasonable price we had 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a heated community pool, cable tv, and were close to everything Orlando has to offer. The kids had a ball and want to go back! Thanks

“Other than the lady at check in window, it was a great experience”
Excellent Hotel, Good accommodations, very clean, lady at the check in wasn't very friendly but we just saw her once,checkout guy was nice, we asked for instructions to operate safe box and never got them but other than that, the room was extremely nice and clean. Shuttle service was very punctual, if you won't have a rental and need to get groceries for your stay, I suggest you tell the cab picking you up at the airport to take you to Wal-Mart it is close to the Villas but not walking distance, nothing is walking distance!!!! Make sure you get a shuttle schedule at check in time, if you miss the bus at the park take the Disney free shuttle to Magic Kindom a shuttle will be there up to one hour after park closes.You can take snacks to the park. If traveling with kids have a good breakfast and take water and snacks, food is "really" expensive inside the parks. Get your first fast pass at the park as soon as you get to the park and get the next one as soon as the previous one expires, they run out them fast.

Very pleased, with hotel location, service, cleanliness, townhouse was big.
