“5-star hotel!”
Really comfortble and the wireless is really fast and it is free! Safe and clean. 5-star!
“One of the best I've stayed in Orlando”
Very nice stay. Only negative thing I could say is that it's difficult going south when leaving the hotel (can only make a right and U-Turn is illegal at the next traffic light). Had a slow drain in the tub and it was taken care of almost immediately. As for the hotel, it's close to everything, clean and well-maintained. No complaints at all!
“Pleasantly Surprised!”
We had planned on another option that fell through at the last minute. I booked this hotel at the day before our arrival and had no idea what to expect. When we got there, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was newly renovated in bright greens and blues. There was a mini-fridge and a microwave. For being a traditional hotel room, it was very roomy. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The shower was tiled with a shower curtain that curves out to give more space. Our room was on the ground floor right next to an exit door. I thought it was going to be loud. It was not at all. The pool was great. They had planned activities for the kids. The only drawback was that it was hard to get in and out of the parking lot. We had to go quite a ways before we could turn around to get in or out of the lot. I would definitely stay there again.
“Spring Break”
What I DID NOT like was the "resort fee" that I was unaware of when the room was booked via expedia...I thought that going thru this service took care of all hotel expenses other than any extras that I did not incure. What I enjoyed was the overall experience of the room, staff was professional and courteous, and the kids especially enjoyed the experience of swimming at night there. Thanks.....
“Good value!”
Marvelous time! Pool was great, super kid friendly!! Restaurant service was slow but friendly. Beds comfy, clean, and rooms were spacious.
“Yea front desk!!!!”
On Wednesday morning when I was checking out, I spoke with one of your front desk staff and relayed I was waiting for an urgent Federal Express delivery. By 845 AM it had not arrived and I had to leave for a meeting. I asked if they would hold the letter until I could come back - she assured me that was just fine. At 10:03 AM she called to let me know my Fed Ex delivery had just arrived, sensing it was important to me. I was so impressed that she tracked me down, even after I checked out of my room! Thank you for such great service!!! I just wish I remembered your name!
“Like the renovations!”
I picked this hotel because I used to live in the area so it was close to everything I wanted to be near. The hotel had been through several years of renovations and they paid off. If you get a room that faces the pool it can be a little loud with music but that didn't bother me. It closed down at 11 so it didn't affect my sleep. I only rated the clean part a 4 because I found two cockroaches in my room one day and a couple of small little bugs. Nothing major though.. roaches happen in Florida.. there is no stopping them. Staff was very nice and helped with anything needed. They called for a cab for me several times and it was always there within 5 minutes. Overal great stay. One thing I will say is that when I go back.. I'm taking my own pillows, the ones in the room are kind of small. They do offer firm and soft options in the room but I wanted one that was a little longer.

This is the 3rd time come to this hotel,never had problems comfortable,nice an very clean ,personal,very nice,and with a smile welcome you to come back and very close to places I like to go.......!
“Great for Kids”
The kids were so excited to find out what theme their room was going to be. We got dinosaurs which was great but would have been better for little boys. The ammentities at the hotel are great. The pool, arcade and you can even get your hair wrapped. We will definately stay there again when we go back to Florida.
