I understand that ppl come and go but this place has roaches okay I live in Orlando and under stand this I don’t have no roaches so when I come to stay where I’m spending money the last thing I want to see is a roach it’s nasty and I will never stay there again

I do not know how this hotel was rated excellent on Expedia. I rarely leave reviews, room stunk, bathroom grout was filthy, room very outdated, does not look like the room in the pictures. Very ran down.

We had a three day stay. Upon our arrival the entrance to the property was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was courteous. the building and rooms were nice, clean and refreshing. The Property is well lit with lots of parking. I felt safe walking around the property at all times, night and day. I never used the pool, but the pool area is beautiful. Our stay was very pleasant. If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this property.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Didn’t get their name but the 3 ladies at the front desk of the night of April 13th. They went above and beyond to get us what we needed regardless the time and how many other people may have been there. Magnificent customer service.

La housekiping (Adriana Cardona 2 building 8vo piso) es super atenta siempre pendiente a q todo este limpio y atenta con los huespedes, yo fuy esta vez con una pierna enyesada y ella todo el tiempo pendiente a si necesitaba algo y si estaba bien. All the staff was amazing. Veronica was able to accommodate us and checked us in early after we had a long drive to Kissimmee. Room was clean, pool was great. Breakfast was good. I have no complaints. Will definitely stay again when I come back down.

The stay was comfortable and check in was very easy. Front desk service is top notch. My room had a bad odor. Door to the exercise room was broken, you can enter but not exit. Breakfast was good, price was reasonable.

I totally understand value for dollar, however our room was not clean. Films of dust everywhere and bed bugs. The refrigerator door didn’t shut so we had to dispose of everything dairy, they gave us breakfast vouchers for that but not quality equivalent to what we had purchased. We had a kitchenette and no where to sit to eat, only a desk with 1 swivel chair and the couch. Generally not the safest feeling with children as there is a lot of homeless in the area, especially with half of the parking lot closed, we couldn’t even pull the car up to the front to load /unload because they were repaving. we found that out the hard way, after coming back from the parks late. The front desk girls were very nice, I know this goes beyond them. Again, I know the value of the dollar and went off of the great and very recent reviews, but it was far from our experience and will not be back.

This is an ok hotel. price is decent enough , but its not sound proof at all. the noise through the patio doors is terrible. no matter what you do , you hear the road noise and we were on the 8th floor of the back building. did not get much sleep because of the noise.

This is a very old Holiday Inn and is in need of a serious make over. From the bathrooms needing remodeling form past water damage and bubbled walls that have been painted over to shower heads that are filthy and the condition of the tub is not good. This is an old property and should close one building and upgrade it and the do the same with the other.

The room was outdated, old and dingy. I have stayed in tower 1 numerous times and loved it! This time I was in tower 2 and it was terrible! I would like to mention the woman who checked us in was awesome! She was very helpful and understanding.
