“Good place”
Good hotel as alternative to staying on-property for Disney. Very reasonable price. Good breakfast buffet and staff. Good pool, particularly for kids.
“Loved it!”
This hotel was the great for us. Short, safe walk to Downtown Disney so lots to do. From our deck on the 9th floor we could see Downtown Disney and the fireworks from Epcot, Shuttle service to parks and they put on extra shuttles at night to move people quicker. It was great. Food at the hotel was great and a good price. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Pool was also great and clean. I would recommend to everyone. Very affordable and lovely rooms. We actually stayed for 7 days at the beginning of our holiday and then another night at the end we liked it so much.
“New and clean!”
Sayed for seven nights in a room on the 14th floor. View was magnificent! Room was clean and well kept. Restaurant prices were ok, not too expensive for the Downtown Disney location. Food was good. However, I wish they offered more choices on the menu. Also, the restaurant area is too small to accomodate breakfast crowds. There was almost always at least 5 to 10 minute wait, and it was not busy the week we stayed. Pool area was clean, always enough clean towels. Too much chlorine in water though. Overall, we were very satisfied. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. And for the money, we'd do it again!
“Great Place to Stay”
This is a very nice place to stay for the price. It has most of the ammenities of actually staying in a Disney resort, but much cheaper and larger beds. The hotel was very clean and the buses to all of the parks ran on time and often enough that you did not have to wait long. The only downside is that if you don't have the bellman help with your luggage, then they will not let you use one of the luggage carts to get your bags in and out. Ate at the restaurant for dinner one night. Food was good and price was reasonable. Overall, a great stay. I would stay here again.
“Very Happy!!”
What a fantastic hotel. Great service by all staff. Room was a good size, bed comfortable and the pool are was great. A great location for a disney stay without paying too much. Nice walk to downtown disney and the bus service to the disney parks is great. Free internet access and in room wi-fi which is always handy. The lady at the front desk booked our trip to the kennedy space centre which is not something they would normally do. So happy with this hotel.
“Best hotel for the money!!!!!!!!!!”
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and glad we did! The hotel, as well as the room was very clean and well maintained. Our room had a king bed (amazingly comfortable) and a stylish bathroom (clean towels everyday dispite our effort to hang them up) ... Location, location, location, this hotel is a 10 min. walk to downtown Disney, 15 min. shuttle to Epcot/Magic Kingdom, and 15 min. max drive to any Disney attractions. Our stay here was very pleasant aside from the maid walking in on our "morning ritual". This hotel has something for the whole family, great pool (for the kids) w/bar (for the parents). Best hotel for the money!!!!!!!!!!
“"Downtown Disney's best-kept secret"”
This was, by far, the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Orlando, including Disney resorts and the Crowne Plaza. While it rained frequently during my trip and kind of put a damper on my intinerary, the hotel was definitely a bright spot. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel close to the parks and Downtown Disney, look no further.
“Great Place to Stay!!”
This hotel was great! It is newly remodeled and very nice. The bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to Downtown Disney (about 1-2 blocks) and very close to all of the Disney parks. The pool area was also very nice. The staff were very helpful. We would definitally stay here again.
“Can't wait to go back”
Check-in was easy.In fact, we arrived a few hours early and our room wasn't ready yet so they gave us a different room instead.That was really nice especially since we had a 20 month old traveling with us and we've been traveling all morning into the afternoon.We were greeted at the door with bell hop service.That was helpful since we had heavy luggage's. The room was clean and you can tell they did a great job at remodeling the place.We discovered they had a refrigerator in the room, which we discovered that all the rooms have it but it wasn't advertised.The restaurant had good food choices for children but lacked a variety for adults.The pool area was great with a zero depth entry.Our little one loved it.The atmosphere was sophisticated and the staff members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.The transportation to the parks were always on time.We always took the first one out so that we can enjoy the whole day at the four parks.The distant from downtown disney to the hotel is really close.In fact, we decided to do the walk a few times since it was so nice out.One time we picked up Ghirardelli and enjoyed the stroll back to the hotel.There is free wired internet service in your room.However, if you go to the lobby or anywhere in the first floor you can pick up the wireless connection.And last, our plane ride on the last day wasn't until 7pm so we checked out early and they held our luggage's while we enjoyed a full day at one of the parks until it was time to go.

extemely pleased with this hotel. Better than the HIlton next door and less than half the price!
